Reviews
After having a not so great experience at another clinic, a friend that had gone to Newlife suggested we go see Dr. Soliman. Right away he suspected Endometriosis and I was scheduled for a laparoscopy a couple months later. I had severe Endometriosis and my pain was significantly reduced after. We tried medicated natural cycles after, and had 3 failed IUIs. All of that took about a year. In retrospect, I wish we had skipped all that and went straight to ivf. We weren't made super aware of how low the chance of success was with those unfortunately especially in our circumstance. But it was still ultimately our decision to try. When the IUIs failed Dr. Soliman back dated our spot on the funded IVF waitlist as we had already been with the clinic for over a year and we got our call last October. We had success with our first, fresh transfer and are currently pregnant! Dr. Soliman made the transfer very special for us! He gets a lot of bad reviews for being cold but that was not our experience. While he is busy (we always came prepared with questions and he always answered them), we found him to always be kind and polite. He is honest and to the point which we respected and appreciated. He is an expert in his field and that's what mattered most to us. The staff at the clinics were all very nice, we went to a few of them over our journey and had a good experience at every single one. The Mississauga clinic is quite busy so we opted to go to other close clinics when we needed earlier appointments etc. We really liked the Milton clinic as well! Overall, we had a positive experience with Newlife and would definitely recommend to our own friends and family if they required fertility services. We wouldn't be where we are now without the help of Dr. Soliman! We are eternally grateful to him for helping us achieve our dream of having a baby. ❤️
I would like to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Mamoun Bereir and Nurse Sara in Milton. Dr. Bereir is truly an exceptional fertility specialist. He supported me with so much compassion and humanity during every step of my journey. Whenever I needed to talk to him, he was always available — never once did he make me feel alone. Many times, I reached out to him while I was emotional or in tears, and he always comforted me, encouraged me, and reminded me to stay hopeful. Today, after a short but successful procedure, I am grateful to say that I am pregnant. I truly believe his kindness, patience, and expertise made all the difference. Nurse Sara was also absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She made every visit easier with her warm attitude and her support. She explained everything clearly, reassured me whenever I felt anxious, and treated me with genuine care. I am deeply thankful to both of them. They made a difficult journey feel lighter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility care.
The staff was generally polite and the clinic was clean. When comes to communication, timing, privacy and care, unfortunately is said to say, there is huge gap to the point of providing wrong medication instructions even wrong medication. The overall felling is that you are a product that should just follow standard protocols and there isn't something customized for your needs. The price of services comes as packages, again making you feel it is just about money. Your best bet is to talk to people and ear their personal recommendations otherwise don't rush into any clinic.
I was a patient at NewLife Fertility Clinic for 6 months, and while the staff were most often kind and polite, my overall experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. One of the main issues was the inconsistent and often conflicting communication. There were times when I received opposing information from different staff members, which made it hard to trust the process and feel confident in my care. It also became clear that the clinic lacked internal coordination—no one seemed to know what the others were doing, and I was often left being the one booking my next appts and asking for the medications or for updates on details that should have been handled. One of the most disappointing aspects was the clinic offering a ‘buy 3 IUI treatments at a discount’ package. It felt more like a marketing tactic than a genuine healthcare option, and it was shocking and off-putting to encounter this kind of promotion in such a personal and sensitive area of care. I was left wondering if this was a healthcare facility or simply a business. Despite the positive attitudes of the individuals working there, the system itself felt broken, unorganized, and inefficient. This made an already emotionally challenging journey even more difficult. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend NewLife Fertility Clinic, especially for those seeking clear, consistent communication and a well-coordinated team.
Don’t waste your time here. The nurses are incredibly overwhelmed and do not do their job right. There was one time a nurse said “oh you already ovulated, we must have not timed this right”, and a month ago a nurse called saying “I need to discuss your ultrasound results”… I didn’t even get an ultrasound that month. And one of the months one of the nurses didn’t even speak English properly and didn’t give me proper instructions. They are such a BIG MESS. I can name 10 more instances where they just keep screwing up. I can’t believe I wasted a year here. Save yourself the trouble and find a better clinic. I regret going here so much
