NewLife is truly one of the finest fertility clinics I have ever encountered. From the very first contact, I was treated with remarkable kindness, respect, and professionalism,qualities that made all the difference during such a delicate stage of my life. Every member of the team,doctors, nurses, and administrative staff,was consistently attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. They always answered my calls or returned them promptly, which brought me immense comfort throughout the process. I have been under the care of Dr. Soliman for over a year, and he is truly an exceptional physician. He explains everything with clarity and precision, takes the time to respond to every question, and genuinely invests in the well-being and journey of each patient. At every appointment, I felt supported, heard, and guided with the utmost professionalism. Thanks to the dedication and expertise of this extraordinary team, I am now four months pregnant, fulfilling the greatest dream of my life. I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for me. This people, they're a joke!! unprofessional I did my tests here, and they give me a doctor who is name is solayman he didn't care about me as his patient, he spoke with me for 10min in the phone without explaining anything! Unprofessional...,I want to give ziro ! terrible experience, and in the end of that ,I wanted my test results, which I pay to get them, until today I never get them, keep calling them, nobody answer me ! I want to speak with the manager, that's not acceptable to treat people like that ......!

If you can, go somewhere else. Issues: - no clear instructions before clinic visits, making you ill prepared for any tests they invite you to do. - did not communicate that our Toronto doctor left the team and then sent an email a few days later saying that my email couldn't receive the notice about change in doctor. Just admit responsibility for not communicating it earlier? - assumed we'd be okay with going to Brampton for a test because our doctor left rather than suggesting alternatives - after the tests, it takes so long to find out the results as the first call to talk about results was 3 weeks after...

I had such a great experience with this clinic, “New Life Fertility” at the Scarborough location. I don't know how to say thank you for this happiness, after Sixteen years right now I am nine months pregnant, and we are impatiently waiting for our beloved boy.“New Life Fertility” changed our lives. They always made me feel comfortable on every visit and also on everything, the front desk, and the nurses who performed ultrasounds were extremely nice welcoming, friendly and very professional. After every visit, they call me and explain everything, they are so responsible. Dr. Samuel with all the team members and beautiful services of NewLife Fertility Centre Scarborough. Highly recommend starting your fertility journey with them. It's a very comfortable, clean clinic with friendly staff. Everyone works efficiently. I would not recommend New Life Fertility based on my experience for the following reasons: Disorganization: Throughout my time with the clinic, there was a clear lack of coordination, which led to unnecessary delays and frustration. Poor Communication: I often found it difficult to get clear, timely information from the clinic. Important updates were missed, and follow-ups were inconsistent, leaving me feeling unsupported throughout the process. Unpleasant Interaction with Dr. Soliman: My experience with Dr. Soliman was particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, I found his manner to be very nonchalant and lacking in empathy, which only added to my discomfort during what was already a stressful time. Overall, I would advise others to consider alternatives if they value a more organized and communicative approach to their fertility journey.
