NewLife Fertility Centre (Concord)

Transfered here from another clinic (because I moved too far to commute) to do IUI but in the consultation the doctor just told me I was over weight and asked if im doing anything about that I said I wasn't and he said I needed to go to a weight loss clinic to lose weight and that he will send me there and to also take omega 3...and thats the reason im not getting pregnant. Never asked anything about my partner or situation just my height and weight (5"2 and 170lbs) Personally I think i'm not getting pregnant because my husband was born female. But sure i'll try losing some weight and seeing if that helps thanks new life! Dw im at another clinic doing what I asked you guys to do 😊

Staff very friendly. Technicians amazing. Clinic organized and clean. Concord location closer to home But I have been to Richmond Hill and Mississauga location and can say the samething for both Thank you for everything

I had one of the worst experiences with Dr. Bedi. I only ever saw him in person once (for the initial consult), which he was a few hours late for. Little did I know that would be an ongoing issue. Phone consults he was on average 4-5 hours late. I don't even know why the clinic set appointment times. The very last time he was supposed to call (before I switched clinics), he didn't even call me on the scheduled appointment day. He called the next day, and bothered me several times as to why I wasn't picking up. Not just Dr. Bedi, but the nurse at the Concord location - also on par with Dr. Bedi in terms of bedside manners. No empathy, terrible communication skills and often just outright rude. She would make me feel bad every time I asked a question, looking annoyed and exasperated. One time she even cut me off mid question and said very rudely "just let me finish". There was also one cycle where it didn't go through as it was supposed to, and when I asked about why, she literally just brushed me off with a wave of her hand. It got to the point where I just stopped asking her questions altogether and dreaded seeing her because it was always a negative experience. Not ALL the locations are like this, and I'm sure not all the doctors/nurses there are that bad. They have several locations in the GTA since it's a big company and I didn't have horrible experiences at all the locations, like the one in Brampton. But at the same time, because it's so big, you are 100% just a number in their system. Just a standardized treatment plan and offering discounts when they're not hitting their numbers. Avoid coming to this location at all costs, especially for such a sensitive and fragile manner like fertility. I honestly feel generous giving this a 1 star. I switched clinics and it was the best decision I made.

No reviews for a good reason…. Must have deleted them somehow. Dr. Bedi loves his cars. Go here to “GoFundMe” this guy’s car. You will get 2 for 1 IUI deals and IVF 10-20% off deals like sales office. Emails say “if you sign up before next week we will give you 20% off”…. They should help patients make informed decision… unfortunately they try to hook you with deals… Don’t waste your money and time here. I wish I got my 2 years and wasted money back. Compassion: 0 of 10 Empathy: 0 of 10 Professionalism: 0 of 10 Staff: 3 of 10 (only the lab technician was nice) Nurses and drs were the worst I met in healthcare.
