So I decided to start fertility because am 42 and as a medical professional myself, time is limited, I know how the body works. At 42 am geriatric for pregnancy. My fiance does not have kids and is the same age as me. My fiance job is also hectic as a federal in the usa. We see each other almost every month but we decided to do fertility as we have been trying for a few months and think that maybe it's better and more luck. I called the clinic and send my referral to several clinics. This clinic ask me to pay 300.00 for consultation. I said why? I have a health card and is a born and raised canadian citizen. As far as I read you don't pay for consultation other than bring your health card. Later I received a form for credit card information. I was schedule for an appointment on June 15th. They send me an email and cancel it without speaking to me or any explanation or an email. I have multiple clinics that I am consulting with but I will chose one that I feel will work in the patients best intrest. As a nurse for 21 years I know when a place is not at heart and only cares about money. I received an email stating that she ask me for the 300.00 because my partner is an American. Lol I clearly started that he will not be in our consultation but if I decided to use this clinic. We have no problem with paying and his sperm will be transferred from the usa. I did request for us to pay out of pocket and not the government funded program as we are not going to wait given our age ect. After they canceled my appointment without speaking to me or anything. I received a call this morning wanting to rebook me and asking for my health card. I am with Pollin downtown Toronto and they are very professional. No scam. Fill up those forms and am happy I chose them. This place is very shady. No one knows what's going on. Very disorganized place to let handle your care. The manager sound phillipino and she is very rude. I don't take disrespect for invitation. Clearly money is not a problem because we would wait for government funding but my fiance wants to pay hoping for twin or triplets. Just not with this money hungry place. I can see people doing multiple cycle and nothing. Be careful who you choose to handle your care. Terrible service.

We started seeing Dr Solimon and Dr Daya (and the Mississauga team) in October of 2025. We successfully got pregnant the following month, however, lost in January. Every appointment before and after the miscarriage was pleasant. After the miscarriage I took a little break from trying, however returned in May. I felt cared for and taken care of. We continued treatments for another 6 cycles and had a chemical pregnancy in October. Even with the disappointing news, the team was very encouraging and was available for any questions or concerns. I am now 6 months pregnant and everything is moving smoothly. Our baby is healthy! I can’t thank Dr. Solimon, Dr. Daya and the team enough - this is all my partner and I ever wanted.. to start our own little family. If I were to do it all again I would still choose new life fertility. As a notable mention - every experience I’ve had at the Mississauga location has been exceptional and with that being said, I’d avoid the Brampton location at all costs. The team there isn’t as kind. I booked my 8 week ultrasound there during our first pregnancy and that’s when we found out I had a missed miscarriage. They were not sympathetic, instead they were rude and dismissive.

After struggling with fertility issues for some time, we were feeling lost and discouraged, so we decided to give NewLife Fertility in Mississauga a try. I couldn’t be happier that we did, as with the help of Dr. Soliman, we were able to conceive our perfect baby boy. But the true heroes of our journey were the nurses and front desk staff, who were with us every step of the way for months, ensuring that we had a positive experience. Nurse Bernadette was absolutely amazing. She explained the IVF process to us in such a clear and thorough way, was incredibly patient with all our questions, and demonstrated how the injections and everything else worked. She was always so positive, yet realistic, and made sure we were aware of all possible outcomes, which put my mind at ease. You can truly feel her passion for her work, and she genuinely cares for her patients. She always responded to emails right away and made sure all our questions were answered. I would also like to mention Engy and Shima, who greeted me with such warmth and compassion. Their kindness made the process so much more positive. I came to the clinic for two years, and every single time, they greeted me with smiles and genuine care. Engy, in particular, is such a ray of sunshine! No place is perfect, but in my opinion, the staff at NewLife Fertility Clinic work tirelessly and do their absolute best to ensure every patient achieves their dream of becoming a parent.

My honest review from my experience from earlier 2024 to earlier 2026. If you have a job and must work around your appointments and you need the process fast, efficient and professional then go to the Mississauga location, they make it happen even on snowstorm days, construction and technical issue days. I have been to Oakville and Brampton locations as needed, and time management is not in their dictionary Cons, new life Mississauga don’t pick calls, the phone is for fancy and ignored and if you leave a voice mail to get an appointment or email by the time they get back to you, you have the worst appointment time slots, so always book and have your conversations before you leave that facility. In the end they will always respond to the email and voicemail The blood test nurses are fast and skilled, and I don’t know how they do it , I barely feel the needle pinch, and I hate needles so I was grateful for them Dr Rim Alkurdi was amazing compared to my last doctor who left, I could tell she read my file before our meetings, answered my questions honestly, was very knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. she restored my confidence in the process again before her I was starting to feel like a lab rat on a wheel and looking for other option. The two front desk ladies at the appointment & check in desk for blood work and ultrasound as at year 2024 (I have to be specific because one lady left in 2025 and the other lady is still there). Please give them a raise. They make a difference, i don’t know how they remembered my name because my name is not English or common, but they did because they cared enough to go the extra mile and it made me feel seen and not just another number. For the length of time I visited that clinic they both were the only people that knew my existence. Lastly Nurse Regina at IUI desk , please understand that the whole process is hard enough and you can be nicer, we are not children to talk to how you like. Newlife team keep it 100% professional, they may not be friendly or chatty but in their defence, they see and talk to a lot of people in a day, but do they get the job done, follow set processes and know their stuff ,100% without question. Thank you, Newlife Mississauga team for my miracle.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this fertility clinic. From the very beginning, the entire team made me feel supported, cared for, and safe during what can be an emotional journey. Doctor Soliman is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, proactive and attentive. I always felt heard and reassured during appointments, and the guidance provided was thoughtful and thorough. What stood out the most was how protective and careful the team is with their patients — they genuinely want the best outcomes and treat every case with great responsibility. The nurses are absolutely amazing. They are kind, patient, and always willing to answer questions with warmth and understanding. Their empathy and encouragement made a huge difference throughout my visits. Overall, the clinic creates an environment where you feel respected, cared for, and in very capable hands. I’m deeply grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone going through their fertility journey.
