NewLife Fertility Centre (Brampton)

Very disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I had already booked time off work and my husband had made arrangements to attend. Cancelling on the same day and simply asking patients to call back to rebook is unprofessional. I would have expected the clinic to provide alternative options, especially given the inconvenience caused. Especially the Brampton location is worst with the services!!

Dr. Faruqi and the team at NewLife Fertility provided me with an exceptional experience throughout my fertility journey. From the very beginning, Dr. Faruqi was knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough, always taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer all of my questions with patience and care. What stood out most was how supported and genuinely cared for I felt during every visit. Fertility treatment can be an emotional and stressful journey, but Dr. Faruqi and the entire NewLife team created an environment that was professional, welcoming, and reassuring. Their kindness, organization, and attention to detail made a world of difference. I truly felt that my care was personalized and that everyone involved was invested in helping me achieve the best possible outcome. The nurses were good and polite and cooperative and understanding. They never forced any medication. All the Ultrasound technicians are wonderful. So motivating and cheering. I was half able to conceive with their words. Reception staff is polite and homely. Overall never had a bad day at the clinic. Recommended, if you are facing issues.
