If there were angels on earth it would be Dr Chen and Juliana. I will remain eternally grateful to them for their exceptional care and help throughout my fertility journey which led me to conceive my twins. Dr Chen is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, detail oriented, has great bedside manner and is the best doctor I ever encountered. Juliana is so efficient, very patient, responsive and knowledgeable. More than anything, they are great human beings and they want only the best for their patients. Thank you Dr Chen and Juliana! I will cherish our relationship forever.

The staff at CCRM were responsive and acted quickly to resolve our reimbursement issue once we were able to figure out how to escalate it properly within their new department structure. We received our reimbursement check the following week. Dr. Chen even reached out personally to apologize and get our feedback about what could be better. I was blown away that she would take time out of her busy schedule to do so when it's not a situation under her direct control. We are incredibly grateful to their team, not only for the high quality of medical care they provide, but also that they actually take action when they receive feedback.

I had been working with CCRM for a while on the clinical side and was introduced to Dr.Chen after a small break from treatment and monitoring. I was not interested in doing IVF as I had 2 children successfully before and just wanted to figure out the root of what was going on while trying for a third child. She was very warm and understanding and immediately wanted to dive into what issues could be going on. After multiple tests we got to the root of my problem and she was quick to get me in for surgery to fix my problem and after that I was pregnant with twins my very next monitored cycle. I appreciate everything Dr Chen did for me and never felt pressured to pursue anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Thank you Dr. Chen and staff! I will miss everyone including April from the lab! 🙂

My gyn referred me to this clinic for a saline sonogram. I had such a wonderful experience. Dr.Chen was absolutely amazing — she was thorough, professional, and incredibly kind as she walked me through the process after letting her know I felt anxious. It’s not often that a medical experience is this comfortable, and I’m so grateful for the compassionate care I received. The office is also very clean and love that she has soothing music in her treatment room. The scheduling process was also very fast after they received my referral. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of fertility services!
