CCRM Fertility & Gynecologic Surgeons of Illinois – Naperville

It’s so sad that such good doctors are being brought down by horrible staff. Literally say in the waiting room for 45 minutes for a 3 minute blood draw. I watched the lab tech bring back everyone else including people who came in after me but after 30 minutes of watching this I talked to the front desk girls Josie and Cecilia. Josie let slip that the lab girl thought she already brought me back. You would think they would apologize and be nice but nope. Truly rude and dismissive.

Outstanding doctor and staff, the people here do amazing work. Would recommend to anyone.

This place is horrible! If I could give no stars I would!!! I’ve been here 5 times for blood work and every time they claimed to either not have received my orders or not see me on the schedule. I later talked to a nurse who apologized saying they were at fault and she would handle it personally. Fast forward to today I’m waiting in the parking lot to be called in (a Covid precaution they’re taking) after waiting 20 mins I call and am told “we’re sorry come on in, we didn’t have you on the schedule”. I seriously can’t switch clinics quick enough! If they can’t get it together for the simple bloodwork part of a journey I definitely am not going to trust them with more serious things!
