Olive Fertility Centre (Kelowna)

I am extremely disappointed with this clinic (2026/05/30) as my wife found out the hard way that they do not do the final stage of IVF (Implantation) and that we need to spend more money to go to Victoria for it. My wife and I were told previously by the nurses and the doctor who cares for us that the final stage is done at this location in Kelowna, only to turn around and change their minds the very moment my wife has her cycle to make the appointment for said event. Not happy at all!

Everyone was amazing!! The drs kept ordering new tests when something wasn’t working and respected our decisions on when to proceed or wait a little longer before moving on. They made something so stressful feel okay.

Fertility is a delicate and sensitive subject and the staff at Olive handle it with kindness, grace and knowledge. Although not every outcome can be perfect, the team here is dedicated to helping you explore all potential opportunities available. Having an office in Kelowna to support the fertility journey in Vancouver is amazing - the staff is on call to help you every step of the way. After our seven year journey ended with a successful embryo donation, our amazing nurse Carly not only helped with and explained the process, but also became our biggest cheerleader. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, loved and supported. For her alone (and of course our beautiful baby!) I would highly recommend this clinic.

The Olive team is incredibly attentive and on the ball. I'm early in my fertility journey with them but am already blown away with how kind and caring the team is. Marly responds immediately with thorough details, Dr Van De Merwe had a solid action plan, Dr Daniel made having a HSG incredibly easy with her relaxed and methodical approach. Dr Griffiths was soft spoken and made the ultrasound a breeze. Thank you all!
