Astra Fertility Group (Milton)

I went to Milton location 3 times as there wasn’t appointments available in Mississauga They are so nice and the services was way way faster and merry in reception she’s very nice and helpful.

I have recently moved to Milton and started receiving care here instead of other locations in the GTA. One of my appointments had some miscommunication about the location. In general, holidays/weekends are done in Mississauga unless clearly specified. They forgot to mention that to me and assumed I knew. It’s been a while since I’ve been back at the clinic, a reminder or written notice would’ve been great to prevent location mix up. I have received another patients information copied on the back of my own instructions which included name of the patient, name of the medication, dosage and how often to take it. It was not the official Rx but still, that information shouldn’t be given to other patients. Today as I’m on my last tablet of my medication, and I realized that my Rx and my instructions have different dosage amounts. My pharmacy would not refill my Rx as they did not have official notice from a doctor or nurse. I felt like I had to jump through hoops just to make sure I got this fixed in time I guess go here if you value local convenience or a spare appointment time slot that works for you, but… just be aware service may not be up to par. I’m sure it’s not malicious, it’s just not careful work.

This clinic was my favourite to visit, Mary the receptionist was very professional but yet caring and always went above and beyond for me. Thank you Dr Michael and team I am now pregnant with my 2nd baby. X

Such a great experience at Astra in Milton. All the staff are so helpful and supportive. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Very expensive yearly fees when other places like New Life are completely covered. Horrible customer service and it's like pulling teeth to get any help once they've taken your money.
