Astra Fertility Clinic has the BEST ladies at the front desk  Sandra and Alicia are amazing! 🤍 They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Their communication is spot on, always keeping you updated and making sure everything runs smoothly. They’re kind, professional, caring, and truly go above and beyond for patients. Those are exactly the type of ladies you want to deal with  customer service beyond words. You can tell they genuinely care, and that makes such a difference during appointments and throughout the whole process. Thank you both for being so wonderful!

Receptionists were nice and informative. Location is clean. I prefer the Mississauga location as the ultra sound tech here is very cold & un friendly. This is already a difficult journey and she seemed extremely annoyed with everything I did and kept sighing. She made me feel uncomfortable doing the transvaginal.

I am 37 years old, my husband and I were trying to get pregnant since the day we got married (about 18 months before seeking fertility treatment). Astra had come recommended and I liked that they had multiple locations near me in Orangeville. I frequented Bolton and Brampton locations most. Every single Astra staff member I encountered went above and beyond. They were so friendly, reassuring, comforting. In a time when I felt lost, uncertain and terrible about myself. They were so supportive. I think I cried my first 4 appointments but the staff were nothing but reassuring. We were told we had "unexplained infertility" so just no known reason why it wasnt working. All my counts and my husbands counts were great. I had no idea what I was getting into with treatment, it was overwhelming, it was many days of driving to the clinic before work, I was a pin cushion every other day for bloodwork and having internal ultrasound trying to determine what was happening, felt very overwhelming. Then we began our IUI cycle and then I was a pin cushion injecting hormones daily and still doing bloodwork. I really questioned if all of this was necessary. We went through our first IUI cycle and then had to wait the 10 days before coming in for results. I was not optimistic as no one I knew had IUI success. On day 10, we got our results. SUCCESS. All the poking, proding, driving to appointments was totttaallyyy worth it as our first IUI took!!! Ladies, it seems like a lot in the moment. But those are not the things you will remember. I am now 22 weeks along and all I am thinking about is the wildness that is pregnancy. All the other stuff I don't even remember now. Their system works, their staff are amazing, they are quick to communicate and respond to questions and concerns, they are wildly organized when dealing with so many moving parts and clinic locations. I can not say enough amazing things about Astra. Highly recommend!!! I will note, the one day I had to go to Mississauga clinic, there was a long wait as that clinic is definitely the busiest but they were still all amazing!!!

After one year of treatment with your clinic, I was blessed to conceive, and I’m so happy to share that I delivered my baby girl on February 17. Our first IUI round was successful, and we are beyond grateful and overjoyed. Thank you so much for being part of this journey and making our dream come true

Just paid $150 to get my medical files and leave this clinic. Best money ever spent. Apparently it takes 2 weeks so I have to wait before starting at my new clinic. When one of my iui cycles was cancelled i was given the run around for 3 days about how they provide refunds. Only positive is the ultrasound techs and blood work people. Nurses and receptionists are extremely rude, dissmissive, give wrong information and made multiple mistakes during my cycles (some of which I was even given free medication for after having to provide proof the mistakes were on their end) I was told I could do all my blood work and ultrasounds at the bolton location which is closest to me. After I paid $1,000 for my cycle i had 1 appointment and the rest of my 4 appointments had to be done in brampton and mississauga because bolton is closed tuesday, thirsday and saturday. Would have been good info before I paid. I could go on and on about my experience and details but at the end of the day i'm happy to be done with them and excited to start at my new clinic that is much closer and open 6 days a week.
