This facility engages in surprise billing and refuses to resolve any concerns, stonewalling is their standard practice. If you're looking to waste precious time, energy, and dignity, this is the place for you. Visiting here is like stepping into a twisted maze of neglect and avoidance. Disabled? Don’t bother bringing your service dog, the staff here don’t recognize or respect ADA protections. The whole place operates like a legal and ethical black hole. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if half the staff are emotional parasites, feeding off vulnerable women during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Avoid this place unless you're ready for a fight and even then, don’t go in alone.

Gave 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. What a trash place to have to go to when you are going through the worst thing imaginable. Had the most horrendous experience trying to schedule a test that my doctor’s office had to call CCRM to figure out what the issue was. As soon as they got that call they quickly called me to schedule. Confirmed my insurance when appointment was scheduled, went and had procedure done, THEN was told they don’t bill my insurance. Kim’s response was: “I’m sorry no one told you but the $500 is due today.” Trash place with trash people. If you’re struggling with infertility, do yourself a favor and go to Conceptions or Shady Grove. Updated to add: immediately after my procedure on Friday, I was told something was wrong with my left tube by the MA and whoever performed the test. Was sick to my stomach about it all weekend and anxiously awaited a call from my OBs office about next steps. Got a call Monday morning that the test looked great and there was absolutely nothing wrong. These people are reckless.

CCRM made a really great first impression today for my medical work up. The facility feels wonderful to be in, all the staff I met were women and so welcoming. I felt very respected and taken care of. And, my questions were answered thoroughly and transparently. I left feeling excited to continue working with them.

Going to keep it to the point, we just had our son last month. Something we weren’t sure was possible after two rounds at another clinic and now, I’m a mother. Dr. Surrey, Sarah and the amazing lab made that possible. We are beyond grateful and had a great experience with everyone at the Lone Tree location. From acai supplements, to the amazing phlebotomists everything was of the highest quality and latest science. The results for us were twice as good as both our previous cycles combined. Also, in case it helps to know, I’m in my late 30s. If that’s you, highly recommend going here from the start of your fertility journey - just my opinion :-). I had a one day work up recently at this clinic and I left very happy and content. Everyone I was in contact with was very warm and friendly. Mickey, the egg donor office receptionist especially, made me feel so welcome. I have donated my eggs to one other clinic before, it was nothing like the experience I had at the CCRM in Colorado. It had made me realize how an actual egg donor clinic is supposed to treat their donors.
