TRIO Fertility (Thornhill)

I give 1 star review for being very disappoint level of communication. Front desk would play a telephone game" Let me transfer to your nurse" who will never respond to your phone, voicemail or email. They are constantly trying to book you in Downtown location which is 1 hour away from current Thornhill location by saying that ultrasound is fully booked at Thornhill, and when I call the Ultrasound they booked me for that specific day no problem. How?. Also they are very overpriced for all the medicine they are offering and they can not bill directly to your insurance. Better take prescription and buy somewhere else you will save at least 30%

My husband and I had an overall very positive experience at Trio with Dr. Mehta. She was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and comforting. At the age of 40, we had success with our first funded IVF cycle and recently welcomed our beautiful little boy to this world. We are so grateful to Dr. Mehta and her team. Nurse Weronika at the Thornhill location was wonderful - always ensuring that my questions and concerns were addressed and that I felt heard.

I’ve been cycle monitoring with Trio for over a year now. Ive also done one or two IUIs here. I’ve never had a bad experience. All the staff (including the kind lady who takes my blood every time!) are warm and welcoming. The clinic is sparkling clean. The Nurse, Weronika, is a true professional and makes you feel very at ease and inspires confidence. May-Sim is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They’ve really established a well-run clinic. I am never there long and they stick to my scheduled time. The process is a very smooth one. They are affiliated with the lab in the same building, who I find are also always very friendly and fast as well.

Weronika is a wonderful nurse who goes above and beyond. May-Sim is a friendly and caring receptionist. I appreciate the team at Trio Thornhill and have had positive experiences.

My husband and I had a great experience from day 1. Dr. Hartman and his team were always compassionate and understanding of our situation and guided us on a realistic path. No matter how many appointments or blood tests, I never felt that I was just a number. We now have our first son and I couldn’t thank this centre and the centre downtown enough.
