There’s a lot of mixed reviews, but my experience has been nothing short of positive. From what I experienced in the waiting room, patients were taken in quickly and efficiently. From the support staff to the nursing team, techs, and medical team, my husband and I have had an extremely encouraging time. Everyone is so kind, responsive, and respectful. The turnaround time from meeting the doctor to getting started was extremely quick and I was surprised at how quick the process was. This reflects the competency of the team there. I never waited on an email response and everything was done in a timely and professional manner.

Staff talks about their patients For a clinic that deals with people at their most vulnerable, their lack of empathy and basic scheduling competence is appalling. It has become painfully obvious that there is a "tiered" system for how they treat patients. I’ve sat in the waiting room and watched other clients get whisked back immediately and greeted like royalty, while I’m left waiting for an hour past my scheduled time just to be told the doctor is "unavailable." It feels like if you aren’t a high-profile client or a certain "type" of patient they want to feature on their social media, you are treated as a second-class citizen. When I tried to address the bias and the scheduling issues with the office manager, I was dismissed and told I was "overreacting." The bias here is systemic. Laila was the only one who proved to be professional and was very efficient. She came in every time I'd see her with a smile on her face. She was polite and a great multitasker. Unforunately, clinics like this always fire the good hardworking people. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere that treats every patient with the same level of respect and urgency. This place is a factory that only cares about a specific demographic of clientele.

First off, Dr. Mehta has been absolutely amazing. I’ve been seeing her for the past year, and she’s one of the most knowledgeable, caring doctors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. However, when it comes to customer service, this clinic is hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The administrative staff are completely lacking in care, empathy, and professionalism. You can’t even finish a sentence without being interrupted. From Leila (who I understand is now on maternity leave) to other receptionist it’s been nothing short of frustrating. If I could give the customer service a zero, I absolutely would. The staff urgently need training on how to communicate with patients especially because people reach out when they’re in a vulnerable state or dealing with serious fertility concerns which is already a lot on its own. In my case, I was supposed to have a four-week follow-up appointment. It’s now been twelve weeks, and despite multiple calls, no one has booked me in. I’ve been promised callbacks that never happen. It feels like you have to chase them down just to get anything done. Dr. Mehta deserves better support staff because her care and reputation are being dragged down by the incompetence of the administrative team. If you care about your mental health while dealing infertility and other health concerns i suggest you get a therapist on payroll to be able to stay sane.

Went through one round of egg freezing here. Overall a positive experience with Dr Mehta and team. Your day to day contact will be your nurse, so important to have an experienced one by your side to answer all your questions and check in regularly. The nurse I worked with, Tatiana, was amazing.
