TRIO Fertility (Kitchener-Waterloo)

I would not recommended this place to anyone. First off, this location is a "satellite" location so there are no advanced tools or anything there. They dont tell you this. Anything that is serious they send you to down-town Toronto so be prepared to make multiple trips. The doctor was terrible, we actually never met her (all on phone) or spent more than 15mins in a meeting with her. We also found out she is a board member cause the company was sold a year or so back so that explains why she just doesn't care. If it wasn't all about profit then it certainly is now. They just tell you whatever they think you want to hear to come back and keep spending money. They over-charge for things you don't even need. They overcharge for services they didn't even perform. The staff is very nice but they are very un-experienced with simple tasks like taking blood. It was just a nightmare and I really wished my doctor referred us to another place cause we only had a small amount of time and we feel like we definitely wasted our chance with this place. Chose anywhere but here. Look up reviews of the doctors here. You will see.

We had nothing but positive experiences with Trio during what is of course a challenging and scary time of navigating our fertility journey. The whole staff is very invested in guiding you to make the correct choices for your family, and are always extremely kind and empathetic. They care for you as a person, not just as a patient, and share in your highs and lows. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and professional and we highly recommend them to anyone struggling with fertility.

I initially came to TrioKW Kitchener/Waterloo location because they were the closest and only clinic within driving distance from me (1 hr away) that didn't need a referral. I stayed because of the exceptional staff members. Every single one of them, I can't express enough how absolutely empathetic, genuine, and caring, and capable they are. Nakita, Amanda, Chrissy, every single one of them. I have done IUI and gotten pregnant with them. Unfortunately I lost my dad a month after my pregnancy and soon after I lost the pregnancy. The whole team was so incredibly supportive and compassionate, and not just as members of my care team, but as humans. I have returned to this clinic (there are plenty of others closer to me) to continue our infertility journey. I'm really grateful to this team of amazing women ❤️

Our experience with Trio KW has been exceptional. From the first day we reached out, everything has been organized, timely, and explained to us in detail. Our appointments are always on time and the nurses are absolutely amazing. Each one of them has been compassionate, patient, understanding, and supportive as we go through this difficult journey. I never feel like a bother while asking a ton of questions and they are so reassuring when I start to worry about what is next. It truly feels like they are walking alongside us on our fertility journey and we are so grateful for each and every member of the Trio KW team!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with TRIO KW as we embarked on the scary journey of IVF. The nurses were friendly, knew me by name and we always VERY punctual, which doesn't seem to be the norm in this line of work. Everyone was always so helpful when I would call or email with a million questions and I never felt like I was being a bother (even though I'm sure I was). I cannot thank this team enough for investing in my care and making this experience as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this clinic again and again!
