From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was receiving VIP treatment. The wait was worth it—surrounded by women on their own journeys to bring life into the world, I felt an incredible sense of community and purpose. The care team at CCRM was phenomenal. My nurse shared her story of transitioning from labor and delivery to IVF, bringing warmth and compassion to every step. She walked me through the entire process—medications, the potential calendar, the importance of self-advocacy—and reassured me that I was in control of my journey. The physician assistant was just as thorough, taking the time to ensure I understood every detail. I had heard many different experiences about medical screenings, some saying they could be painful, but CCRM made sure I was comfortable at every moment. She explained the procedure, drew a diagram of my uterus, and talked me through the goals and risks. More importantly, she reminded me that my body and choices were just as important as the process itself. The actual screening was quick and painless. With a delicate, reassuring touch, she conducted the transvaginal ultrasound, examined my fallopian tubes, and performed a saline infusion sonogram—all while checking in with me every step of the way. Before I knew it, she smiled and said, “You’re all done.” Afterward, the nursing staff took my bloodwork with the same level of care. They constantly checked on me—Did I need water? A snack? Anything before my flight? I never once felt like just another patient; I felt genuinely cared for. Before I even boarded my flight home, I had already received a message from the physician assistant with recommendations for high-quality prenatal vitamins, showing their continued commitment to my well-being.

Everyone at this clinic was super nice and very professional. I felt cared for and prioritized the whole process. If I had any questions, (and trust me I did!) they answered them quickly and I never felt like a bother. Throughout the entire prep period I always felt like I had the knowledge I needed to do it correctly and I always felt that anyone I came in contact with at the clinic was not only helpful, but eager to assist with whatever I needed. When it came down to the embryo transfer, it was very special. I felt that there was a lot of care and thought put in, it was rushed or anything. Very happy with my experience.

Highly, highly recommend CCRM to anyone in need of fertility services. My wife and I have seen Dr Jaime Knopman for many years now and have had a fantastic experience. She’s super smart, thoughtful, charismatic, caring, and organized. She remembers the details of your situation, even years after the fact. It’s clear that she loves her job, and puts a tremendous amount of herself into her work and her patients. I feel lucky to have been been introduced to her / CCRM. And overall I’ve been impressed by the entire staff at CCRM, from the team of doctors, nurses, and other practitioners and administrators. Such a well-run practice and it’s clear that people enjoy working there, they care about you and your experience, and they’re a very strong team - always well-coordinated, excellent communication, thorough, responsive, respectful. I think it’s just an outstanding practice. Also FWIW I switched over to CCRM from Weill Cornell to do a second round of egg freezing and IVF (I did my first round of egg freezing at Weill where I felt like I was in a factory and couldn’t get through to the doctor / nurses when I needed to urgently. I am so thankful I made the switch to CCRM). My wife had a successful IVF transfer and pregnancy with our now 1 yo baby girl, and I’m now in the process of trying to get pregnant via IVF.

I feel like the only patient and everyone there knows how important and sensative the process is. Everyone is caring and takes special care of me and my husband. I feel at ease because of the level of confidence I have in the staff and Dr. Levine. Dr. Levine listens to my concerns and finds a plan that suits our needs. It never feels like one size fits all. I cannot express enough how important the attention and level of care we receive has been. Highly Recommended.
