I wish I’d read these reviews before choosing this place. The negatives on the billing department are very accurate. They don’t give receipts for each visit payment & just ‘charge your card on file’. They later called us to collect more money than was originally asked of us and billing dept blamed the receptionist for the error - not a great look for a company. Also, we were unsuccessful with our journey but what added to the disappointment and upset, was the lack of contact or care from the doctor. We just never heard from him again after the nurse gave us our negative result. No phone call to wrap up months of a medical relationship, no duty of care, no advice or wishing us well. Nothing. That tells you a lot about the team. Wish we had gone with another company.

I was really trying to avoid writing a review as I am a very private person and I tried to handle this privately with the practice, yet they have proven that they deserve every single negative review they have received. I’ve been pregnant naturally once, but unfortunately miscarried. We sought treatment after a year of trying following the miscarriage. Dr. Morgan sent me for blood work and my prolactin was flagged for being high. When I asked Dr. Morgan about it (and this was his ONLY role in my journey with this practice), he said it was no big deal. I learned years later from an endocrinologist and my primary doctor that this is in fact a big deal when it comes to fertility. RED FLAG #1. Dr. Morgan was too lazy to pursue this and clearly was just money hungry. Unfortunately we felt we were in too deep when we had started asking around and learned from friends and colleagues nothing but scary stories regarding Dr. Morgan. I will refrain from putting those stories here as they are not mine to tell and are quite terrifying. We remained hopeful nonetheless. By the grace of Dr. Olcha (who thankfully is no longer with the practice for obvious reasons), we fell pregnant and our remaining embryos have been in storage ever since (2021). Ever since then, we have been on a monthly payment plan with automatic payments set up. Occasionally I would get letters, texts, emails and phone calls from Karen Morgan claiming we have a past due balance and threatening collections for “abandonment of embryos.” Those communications increased to once a month for at least the last year. Every single month I’ve had to reach out to ensure they weren’t going to destroy my embryos. Karen has given me the run around and is clearly incredibly incompetent and only employed there because she’s family. We’ve become so tired of it all that I went in to state that I’m done with them and will be transferring my embryos out. I felt it would be fair and the right thing to do for them to pay for the transportation to the new facility due to their ongoing issues that they clearly cannot rectify. Dr. Morgan refused to pay the $350 (I offered to drive it myself since it’s discounted). When I asked Sam, the operations manager, for a list of embryo bank providers, he returns ONLY with a letter stating that there is a $500 handling fee through Dr. Morgan. Disgusting human beings who refuse to take accountability. Go to RMA.

Morgan Fertility was able to help my wife and me finally get pregnant after many years of trying. After trying at another fertility center that seemed to not even know who we were, this facility made us feel important and gave us great one-on-one care.

They were helpful and informative from the beginning. My husband and I had to go through this clinic for our second child, and they made the process easy, answering any and all questions I had throughout.
