They let us pay for an intake and treatment planning appointment when the doctor was retiring a week later. They clearly had no intention of following through with the treatment. Completely robbed us. Now we have to start over at another clinic and pay for the same appointments again. Fraudulent practices that should be, or probably are, illegal.
We have been dealing with infertility for years and seen multiple highly recommended doctors, but for the first time in those years we feel hopeful. These people deserve a much higher rating. They are caring, informed and very helpful. We left our first consultation with a concrete plan, clear pricing and for the first time we feel seen and taken care of. Much more so than the expensive experts that treated us like just a number. We highly recommend these people, even thou we are still in the early steps of our journey with them!
For the love of all that is sacred DO NOT GO HERE!!! I called and scheduled my appointment with Dr. Bachus, they changed my appointment to the NP without telling me, I only found out because I saw it on their portal. They lack soft skills and were so intense which did not help such a stressful, emotional, and heart breaking time for me. They wouldn't even tell me if I was a candidate for IVF which they should've known that answer based on the records they received (labs and ultra sound and visit notes) and they said I had a bunch of work up to do to determine if I was a candidate. They ordered repeat labs which I got done at a different facility, I was able to view the results and was concerned and I was also concerned about some issues I was having with my cycle. I sent multiple portal messages asking for assistance with my cycle and if someone was going to call me and talk to me about my lab results, they pretty much brushed me off and ignored me and acted like my inquiry was was meaningless and I was no longer a priority. Pretty much they took my money and then they no longer cared. I established with an OBGYN that specializes in high risk per their request and the first thing she said to me was "you need IVF" and that I was wasting my time at this clinic. She was shocked to hear that I wasn't even aware I was a candidate. After my experience here I am relieved that my doctor referred me elsewhere so that I do not have to go back here.
Do not go here if you're over the age of 40 and have blocked/scarred fallopian tubes. My husband and I came here after sending over all the information they wanted and sending the $100 deposit. Everyone seemed very disorganized and they said they never received my medical records. After everything they basically said they can't help me here due to my age and to go to a fertility clinic in Denver. The whole appointment, which lasted about 10 minutes, was completely disappointing. Today I received another bill where they want more money. I've been going back and forth with them because I refuse to pay more money for a 10 minute "we can't help you" consultation. They have made a situation that is hard enough even worse. I never post negative reviews but I feel like people should know. If you're thinking about coming here and you're over 40, go elsewhere.
I’ve delayed writing this review because it’s hard to put into words how thankful I am for Dr. Bachus and his wonderful team. Last year I set out to become a single mama by choice, and I scheduled my first fertility appointment. Five months later I graduated from this fertility clinic, 12 weeks pregnant with my beautiful baby boy. The process went so smoothly, and I attribute that to this team. They made me feel at ease, knowledgeable, and in control of each step. I’ve already recommended this clinic to lots of friends, and I’ll be forever grateful for them helping me become a mom. Thank you!
