I’ve got the opportunity to speak with Dr Dunne as I am starting the ivf treatment. She is very thorough in her assessment and acts quickly with our treatment plan. I am excited to where it is gonna lead us and we are truly hoping and praying for the positive result.

Had a referral to PCRM by my GP. They contacted me twice, maybe 3 times at the most. I was unable to pick up the call immediately as I'm a nurse and work typical business hours as well. I have returned their calls countless times and left multiple voicemails to arrange initial contact/consult. They did not return any of my calls or respond to my voicemails, yet they contacted my GP about the referral. Honestly terrible customer service and first impression. I'm going ahead with olive fertility instead. Waste of my time.

We spent approx. 3 years going through treatments at PCRM (after switching from the other major infertility provider). We ending up working with 3 of the doctors, all generally positive experiences but loved Dr. Seethram. Great experiences with the nursing team and Assistants too, who made you feel like a human and were quick to respond. We are thankful to eventually experience 2 successful births and though it was a long road, it was worth it. Would not hesitate to recommend PCRM.

After seeing all the bad reviews of PCRM, I was hesitant to be referred here even after they came recommended to me. I’m here to say - Don’t let the bad reviews scare you off. We started our journey with them to further investigate why we had not conceived. Not once did we feel pressured into any form of treatment. Our journey with unexplained infertility spanned many long, hard years and we eventually chose to pursue treatment. Thanks to the professional and knowledgeable doctors and staff at PCRM, my story has a happy ending. My little miracle was born in January. Throughout the journey, we were treated kindly by everyone we encountered. The staff were always quick to respond and very helpful. I can confidently recommend PCRM to anyone who is struggling with infertility.

I did my egg freezing at PCRM The Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine, and I had a truly great experience. From the reception team to the nurses, pharmacy staff, and doctors everyone was not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and supportive. I felt cared for throughout the entire process💕, and I’m very happy that I chose this clinic for my fertility journey. They were very active through the app, with clear instructions for all medications. The app itself is amazing it allowed me to check what I needed to do each day and mark tasks as completed, and all the necessary documents were always easy to find. Every time I sent a question through the app, I received immediate and clear responses.💕 On the day of the egg retrieval, I felt nothing during the procedure, and when it was done, I woke up with no pain. Honestly, I even wondered if they had already done it😹 The team was incredibly caring and made sure to let my sister know as soon as I was ready. The next day, they sent me detailed information about the results, and I was beyond happy. I am grateful to everyone I spoke to and met in this clinic
