In the past we have loved this office. Our first was born 2 years ago with the help of Dr. Keller. The office was amazing, we never waited very long and everyone was so friendly. We have since come back to have another and have been disappointed. I waited over an hour in the ultrasound room for my appoint (which ended up being 30 after. Y appointment time) and then was out in a consultation room for another 30 minutes. Both of these put me there well past my appointment times, and no one kept me in the loop about it or any kind of notice that she was running behind. I drive 2 hours for these appointments so time is valuable. I can’t just run back and forth, and I have to take off a day of work and find someone to pick up my child from daycare when this happens. I haven’t felt very important this time around…

Dr. Omurtag and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our recurrent pregnancy loss journey. He always reminded us of the positive outlook he had for us and explained all steps we were doing in great detail with hand drawn illustrations at times. He diagnosed and treated my Asherman’s which is no small feat. We would not have our second child if it were not for his help. His staff and office were always extremely responsive and ran very efficiently. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! If you are having second thoughts, don't! My husband and I struggled getting pregnant! I was so nervous about the entire process but I'm glad I went through it. My husband and I are now proud parents to a beautiful baby girl! Thank you to Dr. Omurtag, his amazing nurse Kathy and wonderful assistant Jessie! We are now thinking about baby number 2! This would not be possible without them! The entire staff is amazing. Every time we would walk on, we would be greeted with smiles and just wonderful care! Thank you everyone!

I have been a patient of Dr.Omurtag for the better part of a decade. Along my journey he has always explained all my options very plainly both in the medical sense and the financial sense. He was ready and there for me when I was ready to start trying for a family. Once we started trying Jessie, Dr.Omurtag’s administrator and Kathy, his nurse were amazing resources as well, answering all my questions with the patience of saints. This past year a beautiful baby girl joined our family and we are so thankful for the part the WashU Fertility Team played in that. They laughed and cried with us the whole way, for that I will be forever grateful. We are a queer couple and the kindness they have shown our family has been unmatched in any other medical setting.
