Generation Fertility (Newmarket)

Had an incredible experience at generation fertility. They supported us through an ectopic and IVF. All of the staff, nurses and doctors were excellent communicators and made the experience really positive. We worked with Dr Scholl and his team who we would highly recommend. Appointments took place at both the Newmarket and Vaughan clinics, and we had a great experience across the board. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fertility care!

I had a wonderful experience with this fertility clinic. Every staff member I encountered — including the doctors, nurses, ultrasound technicians, phlebotomists, and front desk team — was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and always made me feel comfortable and supported. Their warmth and expertise helped ease a lot of my anxiety throughout the process. I’m truly grateful for the care I received here and would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs fertility support.

I am forever grateful and thankful to the wonderful staff at generation fertility for helping us finally become parents after 5 years of infertility. Dr.Gurau is absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for a more professional, kind and genuine doctor. To the nurses , ultrasound technologists, and all other staff , I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The Vaughan clinic is definitely fancier than the Newmarket one, but both are awesome. Friendly staff, very quick , prompt results. Sometimes there are some communication blips, but most of that is just because I don’t know anything about fertility treatments so I expect one thing and sometimes it doesn’t happen that way. Staff are wonderful to follow up and clear up any miscommunication. They explain procedures well and are super personable. My husband and I drive almost 3 hours to get there and the staff are very good to accommodate appt dates/ times and outpatient testing where applicable to save on travel. Definitely would recommend generation fertility.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. Appointment dates were repeatedly changed, often without much notice, and there was no confidence that scheduled appointments would actually be honored. This made it extremely difficult to plan or continue treatment. Due to the ongoing scheduling issues, we decided not to proceed with care at this clinic and requested a refund for all the fees that were already paid. Overall, the lack of consistency and reliability led us to lose trust in the process. I would recommend improving scheduling practices and communication with patients.
