I would not recommend this clinic/doctor for patients of older age. I did give 2 stars for the fact that they were pretty accommodating with appointment times and the nurses were very friendly at the clinic. I wish I had a better outcome and experience here, but instead I went elsewhere to finally have success. From the time I had my referral sent to seeing the doctor after having my cycle monitoring took 4 months. At that visit I was told I could try IUI or IVF with my own or donor. I was given all the IVF information and took a bit of time investigating it and thinking about it (maybe 2-3 months) and then decided to go ahead with IVF (with my own). When I asked the nurses how to start this process I was told I had to book another appointment with the doctor for this (not sure why) This took a while to get another appointment and at that appointment she then denied trying IVF. I will also note I have benefits to pay for IVF and I am not over the BMI requirements. This was purely she didn’t want to chance due to low AMH and chances. I had 5 or 6 failed IUI cycles and drained my benefits as I was using IVF meds. I decided to go elsewhere while I still had some benefits. The next clinic I was able to see the doctor so fast, had IVF done the very next cycle, had 6 eggs retrieved and transferred a euploid embryo. So grateful I went with my gut and went elsewhere. Unfortunately I did waste a lot of time and money at this clinic before switching. Please go elsewhere if you have this same experience with the doctor here not trying IVF for you. She probably needs to keep up success rates or keep you coming to buy more meds or something. Not sure her motives. But I don’t think it’s the patient in mind.

This clinic is taking on way too many clients. With the new fertility funding you should NOT be waiting for funded iui and funded ivf shouldn’t be more than a few months wait. I switched clinics in November 2025 and am already scheduled for funded ivf elsewhere. I strongly urge switching clinics if you don’t want to wait years to start a family or don’t want to spend out of pocket. The facility and the staff were all great, but the wait times for actual treatment are excessive.

Our experience with generation fertility has been nothing short of amazing. We started our journey with them last year, they were able to get us in quickly and start testing right away. It did not take long to figure out the root problem and come up with a solution. They are very organized and communication is top notch. I especially liked that the ultrasound and bloodwork was all in same building same floor it made for quick appointments. The group of nurses and doctors here are amazing as are the front end staff. With their help we are expecting our 2nd child in July and couldn’t be more grateful. I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking for help to conceive!

I had an extremely positive experience with Generation Fertility Waterloo. Everyone there was so welcoming and made me feel so supported and comforted since day one. The clinic is so accommodating, especially with me driving an hour and 40 minutes to get to each appointment. They tried their hardest to make each appointment work with my schedule. Justine is amazing, so informative, and warm with her approach to things. We felt super comfortable in her care! All the nurses I encountered were nothing but kind. I have to give acknowledge Rachael, and how there were some days I would go there with a negative mindset and just her demeanor alone would help turn my day around!! After our first IUI we are now in our second trimester with our baby girl and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Generation Fertility!!

Great fertility clinic. We are very grateful that we found Generation Fertility in Waterloo after a horrible experience with another clinic in London. The team at Generation (W/K) is wonderful, the nurses are amazing, they are so helpful and caring. The doctor is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. The senior embryologist is fantastic, she personally discussed with me the questions that I had after the retrieval. The clinic manager (Sonja) and staff are also fantastic, they are always responsive and professional. Our first cycle unfortunately didn't result on a baby but we have no complaints and we are very grateful for the support and care they have provided us so far. We trust this clinic and the fantastic team that works here. Thank you for being so great!
