Generation Fertility (Vaughan)

Great experience with generation fertility. Despite a small bump along the way with our referral from partner TIA health, The generation fertility team stepped in quickly, provided solutions, and got us back on track. Dr.Lai Has been incredible - Supportive, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. Very grateful for the care and professionalism. We receive so far.

I can't say enough about the staff and doctors. We had a bit of an emergency and came without appointment, Joanna at the front desk was so wonderful to hear our concerns and got a hold of our doctor. Ultrasound on the spot and same day follow up with the doctor, what else can you ask for? All staff are wonderful, caring and very friendly. Lastly, Dr. Gurau is most compationate and caring doctor I've seen in awhile. His demeanour and overall sense of calm, brings clarity and peace to the whole process. He explains everything in very detail and will answer all your questions without you feeling rushed. You can clearly tell that he really cares about his patients and will give you all the facts. Communication is great and really fast via email. I'm surprised about other reviews, but it's nothing like we have experienced at the clinic. Try them for yourselves and you'd be amazed.

**I strongly advise to stay away form this clinic**. After finally getting through to speak to someone my wife and I were told to fill out many forms and documents and then to get specific fertility related tests done which were also mentioned on the documents. After we filled out and submitted the documents and my wofe and I got our tests done and waited for a "certain window" we contacted the clinic to let them know. After a week of no response we followed with two more emails. After another week we followed up with one more email and several phone calls and left 3 voice messages. Everything fell on dead ears. We comlained to our family doctor that referred us as we didn't know what to do and we wanted to get the ball rolling. She advised giving them the benefit of the doubt perhaps they were too busy and wait another week. We sent another email and waited 2 more weeks and they continued to ignore us. They wasted our precious time and made us fill many forms and get tests done for absolutely no reason. Value your time and take your cenception seriously and avoid this clinic at all costs. We've been referred to another fertility clinic since then and we have been very happy with the way things are going there. Yes, my family doctor's office which is a large clinic with 3 other doctors working there have officially crossed generation fertility off of their list to recommend their patients to. As my doctor said, "this is so unprofessional and unacceptable".

I am forever grateful and thankful to the wonderful staff at generation fertility for helping us finally become parents after 5 years of infertility. Dr.Gurau is absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for a more professional, kind and genuine doctor. To the nurses , ultrasound technologists, and all other staff , I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Going through infertility is challenging and hearbreaking, however the amazing staff at generation fertility were nothing short of kind and understanding.Always accommodating, always answering emails and phone calls from anxious patients.Thank you all for what you do.I highly recommend this clinic.

My experience at Generation Fertility was amazing. They are so quick to give results, phone calls, and are truly on top of everything. Every single staff member I’ve encountered has been absolutely lovely to deal with and they treat patients with compassion. They have answered all of my questions along the way and I’m so grateful to have the team I’ve had throughout these last few months. They shared my excitement of every step of our round of IVF and it made us enjoy it all that much more. Special shout out to Sabrina & Team Abraham, and to the on call doctors I’ve had as replacements ( Dr. Scholl & Dr. Gurau ) they were all great.
