Generation Fertility (Toronto West)

WARNING TO PROSPECTIVE PATIENTS!!! - This has been by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with a fertility clinic. They show absolutely no care or concern for their patients. We tried calling them at least 20 times — no answer, no callback, nothing. When you’re going through something as emotional and time-sensitive as fertility treatment, that level of neglect is unacceptable. On top of that, they increased their prices by 40% in April without any proper explanation or transparency. It honestly feels like they care more about money than about helping people build families. To make things even worse, they gave us the wrong medication and provided extremely poor guidance throughout the process. We were left confused, stressed, and completely unsupported. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and careless with people’s health and emotions. Do NOT go here. Save yourself the stress, time, and money — there are much better clinics out there that actually care about their patients!!

I've been coming to this clinic for the past 3 years or so! I'd like to thank Dr. Budurian, she is very caring ,has good bed side manners,and listens to her patients. Patient services girls are great, very responsive and helpful, unfortunately, the same can't be said about nursing, THEY DON'T answer the phone or emails, they just ignore emails, even when it's for questions pertaining to your medication, I HAD really hoped this would change once they merged with generation, but its remained the same...THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE, and be ADDRESSED we are here trusting you guys to provide the best possible care , but we can't even get our calls answered. one more thing, please keep professionalism and inclusion in the clinic by speaking in ENGLISH , a couple of the nurses and front desk are constantly speaking in their language, Filipino I believe, and it's quite loud where it's heard throughoutwaiting area...there is a time and place for this...and a clinic full of patients already under so much stress isn't it

I’ve had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I see Dr. Buduryan as my gynecologist, and she is absolutely amazing — incredibly kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel heard and cared for. She takes the time to explain everything and creates such a calm, reassuring atmosphere. The entire staff is just as wonderful. A huge thank you to the nurses and ultrasound staff — they are absolutely incredible. And a very special shout-out to the lab technician, who truly deserves recognition for being outstanding at what he does. This clinic is filled with compassionate professionals who genuinely care about their patients, and that makes all the difference on such an emotional journey. I’m very grateful to be in such good hands.

The countless appointments and procedures I’ve had are always smooth and pleasurable. Doctor Hartman and his team are an amazing group. We’ve been with them for over a year now and wouldnt go anywhere else!

A wonderful place with caring and attentive staff. Everything is organized perfectly — from the reception to the consultations. You can truly feel that they care about each patient.
