UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: The staff at the Swansea office is great. Kindbody billing is atrocious. You can't get a proper breakdown of what you owe and what your payment history is. Oh, and if you ask, you will be ignored. Unless you have money to blow, go somewhere else. Shout out to the staff at Kindbody in Swansea! They have taken care of me through this entire process and supported me along the way. With such a vulnerable topic fertility is, the staff at Swansea displays grace and understanding. I would recommend them for your fertility needs!
Dr. Cooper and all the staffs at Swansea location are wonderful. They know what they are doing and never give up on us!
The team at the Swansea office and Dr. Kelsey Anderson were truly top notch! My entire experience was very educational and supportive. Each step of my journey was explained to me by my provider using visuals and open communication, every question we had was welcomed and answered during our one to one sessions with Dr. Anderson, over the portal or with a nurse. Good or bad outcome, I would choose Kindbody over and over again. They make a mentally and physically tough situation a little less challenging. Their staff at Swansea, reception, lab, and ultrasound were all so kind and uplifting!
We are so grateful for Dr. Mackenzie Purdy and the rest of the fabulous staff at Kindbody. They were wonderful as they guided my husband and I through the process and helped us bring home our miracle baby. Our fertility journey started many years ago, in and out of countless specialty offices. We were referred to Kindbody by a friend and were able to graduate after a little over a year.
