Kindbody – Houston

My first issue is that there is only 1 African American doctor in the whole company and in all the states Kindbody services. So I went with an Indian doctor. My appointment was today at 10:15 I logged in at 10:13 and waited till 10:18 and messaged someone that Dr Toral Parikh never joined the call. I logged back in and she finally joined with dishelved clothing and her hair all over the place. Maybe she had just woken up and just gotten dressed. She never introduced herself she just jumped on call and said “tell me about yourself” … She gets up and starts walking around her house to find her office and she abruptly says hold on as I’m trying to talk about myself to a stranger. She comes back on and starts talking and I ask her if someone else is on the call and she said oh yes she is here to book your appointments. Ok that would have been nice to know someone else is there listening. The whole experience creeped me out. She should have rescheduled the appointment. I don’t recommend Kindbody if you are a woman of color. No representation and lack of professionalism.

I cannot say enough good things about this fertility clinic and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, every single person on the staff made it clear they genuinely cared about their patients. It’s rare to find a medical practice where everyone — from the front desk to the nurses to the physicians — seems truly happy to be there and fully invested in helping you through what can be an emotional and stressful process. What stood out most to me was the level of personal care I received. During a pregnancy scare, my doctor checked in with me multiple times over the weekend — even in the middle of the night. That kind of dedication is extraordinary and meant the world to me during such an anxious time. She also took the time to clearly explain her thinking at every step, walking me through potential treatment options and the reasoning behind each decision so I always felt informed and supported. They were also very cautious about financials and how to best process each item to get the most insurance coverage for us. I’ve worked with fertility clinics before, and this experience has been by far the best. The combination of medical expertise, compassion, and communication is truly exceptional. I am incredibly grateful my company partnered with this clinic and gave me access to such a thoughtful and committed team. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone navigating fertility care.

I came into the office with little to no hopes as I have tried all kinds of fertility medicine and treatments and nothing worked. As soon as you walk in the office you feel welcomed and greeted by the staff who are so friendly and respectful. Dr. Parikh and team made me feel safe and secured. I started treatment. Dr. guides you through every step and suggests what’s best for you. I listened to her suggestions couldn’t be more grateful and thankful that I finally had my positive. My baby is now 3 months healthy and thriving. Thank you once again Dr. Parikh and Kindbody staff.

Dr. Parikh is so sweet, personable, and compassionate. She always took the time to listen and explain.
