Everything from start to finish has been amazing at SGF! Cindy Figueroa in the lab is fantastic I’ve always had trouble getting my blood drawn and she helped me so much! Always making me feel comfortable! I highly recommend SGF Atlanta - Sandy Springs office!

Avoid at all costs! The doctors and nurses there do not take this type of treatment seriously. I had consistently wrong charts, was constantly explaining to them what was going on with my treatment plan they were in charge of, had more nurses in a 2-week span than I could count or keep track of, which is probably why they never had my information right-- and the best part... after paying them IN FULL ($13,000), I began my hormone injections and did those for FOUR days, only to be called and told, "an ERROR had been made and I'd been injecting the WRONG amount of medicine due to a nurse error on my chart." .... $6,000 (on top of the $13,000 they ask for up front...) worth of medication being prescribed wrong and I'm at home injecting myself with incorrect levels of medication and the medication didn't even match my chart... yet again. DO NOT trust your body or yourself with this place. At one point, I was 2 weeks into the process, on birth control and multiple other regimens through them, and I had a nurse call me and ask when I wanted "to start the egg freezing process"...even though I was 2 weeks into it. My first round of injections, I was told to inject for the wrong number of days and had to execute their emergency help line. I have gone days without responses. The list truly goes on and on. *Mind you, even before the medication issue where they had me injecting incorrect amounts of hormones, I had multiple conversations with the nurses and the regional manager about my lack or quality of care, and no changes were made or improved... after multiple promises to do so. It wasn't until I spent 4 days being administered the wrong medication dosage, that an Executive Member of Directors had to call me... and he offered NO solutions, apologies, or explanations for how a patient can be left in such poor care, to the point medical injections are being misgiven... especially in a procedure that relies heavily on proper dosage and timing. I know a few other people who have gone here and had the same experience, which is why their rating is what it is. DO NOT GO HERE!

While I did not have a great experience with the doctor, I had an excellent experience with Miss Ingrid, the receptionist. She always had a positive attitude and was very welcoming. When I decided to transfer to another provider, I felt sad knowing I wouldn’t see her again during the process. However, I am determined to come back and show her my baby bump. She gave off auntie vibes, and I could tell she genuinely cared about me as a person rather than seeing me as just a number.

From start to finish, we had the an exceptional experience at Shady Grove. We started with another fertility clinic and let me tell you it matters that your team expresses genuine care in your journey to conceive. It can be so easy to feel like just another patient, but we truly believed every staff member we interacted with on any level was intentional with us. The communication was incredible - timely, thorough, and thoughtful. I can’t say enough good things about Shady Grove!

Dr. Libby and her team were incredible throughout our entire journey. We turned to them after several pregnancy losses feeling hopeless. I really got to know the team over the last few years, and they became a big part of my support system in this process to start a family! They understood when things were overwhelming or upsetting, and were there to provide comfort that we would make this work if we just kept trusting in the process. Everyone I encountered from my regular bloodwork and ultrasound appointments to the staff who assisted in the few small procedures I needed, and my nurse Lisa who answered all my questions and provided solace through each step, made us feel like they were part of this journey with us. We are excited to welcome our son in February and will be forever grateful for the role that Dr. Libby and the Shady Grove team played in starting our family! If we need assistance when it comes time for baby #2, we will definitely be running back to this team!
