I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible support and care I received at Advanced Fertility Care (Pinnacle Fertility). From the moment I walked through the doors, the team gave me such a warm welcome and made my fertility journey feel so much less daunting. All of the staff at the clinic were not only knowledgeable but also truly compassionate. They took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure that I felt informed and empowered to make the best decisions for my health and future. And they answered all my questions with patience and provided resources that were incredibly helpful. Dr H, Jamila (NP), and my navigators Evelyn and Kirsty were just truly the best! What stood out the most was their genuine kindness. Every appointment felt like a safe space. They celebrated my small victories with me and provided comfort during the more challenging moments, making me feel like I wasn't alone on this journey. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking support in their fertility journey. You will be in the best hands possible! Thank you for everything!

We have been blessed to have had the opportunity to work with the best fertility team out there! Every single person we worked with was amazing! We felt welcome the second we walk through the doors. We have graduated to our regular OB and it’s a bitter sweet good bye! Thank you for everything! It’s been an amazing journey that we could never be thankful enough! Because of you, our dreams are coming true! 💕

I am only leaving two stars for the fact that the staff is really nice. My wife and I went here to get me tested for infertility. Dr Z was very pushy about us getting genetic screening that we did not want. He made it seem like they would not test me if we did not get it done, so we did. Make sure you read the fine print, we paid the clinic thousands for the treatment - just to get another couple thousand billed by labcorp. We were unaware that the quote they gave us and the amount we paid them for the bloodwork was just going to be outsourced and we'd get charged by labcorp too. Not to mention, we paid thousands and they are unwilling to give us clomid after they recommended it, simply because we are using a donor. If you are using a donor, this is not a friendly clinic to go though. They will make you jump through so many hoops (including a psychological evaluation just to get a simple medication). Not thrilled to spend thousands, get billed thousands more, and find out they won't even help us further. Again, if using a donor don't waste your time.

My experience began a bit rocky, primarily because I started my process during their transition period. However, the team was quick to address any errors, and from that point on, everything went smoothly. Although I never had the opportunity to work with Dr. Hutchenson, working with Jamila Ortiz was truly a blessing. She was kind, gentle, encouraging, and warm—exactly what you need during the stressful times of undergoing treatments. The staff in Tucson was always friendly and welcoming. Since I visited frequently, everyone knew my name by the end of my treatment, which contributed to creating a safe and supportive environment. I am incredibly grateful for everyone I encountered at this clinic, especially my coordinator, Jolene. Thank you so much to the entire team. I will be forever thankful!

We will be forever grateful to Dr. Hutchinson and the Reproductive Health Center Team for helping us bring our little girl to this world after struggling with infertility. It was a wonderful experience from the first phone call to the ultrasound that confirmed our pregnancy. We recommend for anyone trying to get pregnant!
