One star only because there is not a No Star option. Billing is a joke. As if we didn't pay enough in the few years we were trying, now they continue to send bills for "storage" that my husband and I have told them since our last transfer that we would not want storage of sperm nor eggs. That was over 2 years ago. We have signed electronically multiple times as well as certified mail not to mention verbally over the phone, and they claim none of that was accepted or was the incorrect "thing" to do. NOW we have finally signed via patient portal a form that was sent to us a couple months ago... we signed and returned. TODAY (2 months from the PP signage) we get a text saying we are being sent to collections! What in the world does ORM want from us? Yes, we did have a child through ORM and our experience was not horrible. Many nurses and Doctors where nice and informative. But for the love of God, we paid enough that we could have built a couple houses and now they are unnecessarily "storing our embryos" and want to send us to collections. -We are waiting for a call back from ORM to "see what they can do about our bill." I will keep you posted when I receive the call back to let you know how they handle it.

I cannot express in words how thankful I am for the compassion, care, and honesty I experienced in my journey with ORM. There was no ambiguity, I was never left guessing nor feeling alone in the process. I had a wonderful team from my Navigator, the nurses, all the way up to my doctor Jillian Kurtz. Despite the scary odds we faced in growing our family, with the due diligence of my ORM team we have had some great wins. I highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with ORM! My husband and I were in their care for about 7 months before conceiving our twins! We absolutely loved our doctors - we saw Molly McCluskey for almost all of our mid-cycle ultrasounds & IUI appointments and she was absolutely wonderful. She always answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening. After conceiving our twins we started seeing Martha McMahon for our OB ultrasound appointments. She was incredible and so sweet. She always made sure we were comfortable during our appointments and she explained everything so thoroughly when performing the ultrasound. Our navigator - Hadley, was amazing! She answered all my questions very quickly and was always there when concerns arose. I was left in the hands of the amazing Joanna after Hadley left and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She answered my concerns so quickly and always reassured me everything was okay and I knew what I was doing. If it wasn’t for our nurses & doctors, we wouldn’t have our sweet twins. I can’t thank ORM enough for their care and dedication to getting us the outcome we were hoping for. I have so many wonderful memories that I get to take with me as we graduate from ORM. There’s no doubt in my mind that ORM is the best clinic when it comes to fertility. I would recommend anyone who’s looking to go to ORM, you won’t regret it!

I decided to use ORM based on my insurance and from the recommendation of a friend who had a successful embryo transfer here. While there is a lot to process on the IVF journey, you're given a Navigator who is someone you can contact whenever you have questions or concerns and my Navigator, Jennifer, was THE best, most helpful person on this journey for me. Hands. Down. She's quick to respond to texts or calls, provided me with updates as soon as they were available, sent me reminders, and gave me updated med calendars whenever I needed them. My assigned doctor was Dr. Hesla and he was also my doctor for the egg retrieval, which couldn't have gone better. I had zero issues recovering post surgery, and he helped me feel very cared for and reassured after the process was completed. Most of my regular ultrasounds were performed by Dr. Gwartney and Dr. McClusky, who were both very helpful and straight forward with me when I needed to make some tough decisions, and I really appreciated their tactful honesty. My embryo transfer was performed by Dr. Kurtz. I had an admittedly strange interaction with her where she walked into the room telling me she already knew me without a proper introduction or hello and I swear we'd never met (I later checked through my past appts to confirm this was my first appt with her), but then the meds kicked in shortly after and I just kind of gave her the benefit of the doubt because it wasn't worth fussing over. I didn't get to see anything on the screen being performed due to the assistant covering my view, but as soon as Dr. Kurtz pointed to a different screen showing me a photo of my thawed embryo, I just kind of became obsessed over the photo and redirected my attention to that screen instead. It may have been an off exchange verbally but she knows what she's doing and she is the one who transferred my embryo, which later became a successful positive pregnancy test 1.5 weeks later. I'm now 11 weeks along and having a very ordinary pregnancy journey, which is more than I could've hoped for (as any person who struggles or has struggled with fertility understands). Thank you to everyone at ORM. My only wish is that I could have Jennifer for the rest of my journey now I've graduated from IVF. I've been spoiled by her communication and now have unrealistic expectations for a Kaiser Permanente OB's office lol.

My two little ones are here thanks to ORM - I will forever be grateful! My story is slightly unique in that I did my first full IVF cycle at a clinic in California. With nothing to compare it to, we thought it was a pretty typical experience. Unfortunately the cycle was unsuccessful and not long after, we moved to Portland. That is when we found ORM. The ORM experience was completely different than our experience at the clinic in California. At the California clinic we felt like we were just one of many people entering a baby factory. At ORM, the doctors spent much more time getting to know our history, ensuring we understood the process, and making sure we knew who to communicate with throughout. They had easy ways to communicate with their office too. We even found out their success rate was much higher than our previous clinic's. Thanks to a successful cycle and two successful transfers - my husband and I have two wonderful children.
