30 more days till we meet our baby boy! I can’t believe we’ve come this far. Those daily injections don’t feel like so far ago, and here we are, counting down to the final moment. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to Dr. Ringler and his team, who are so dedicated to what they do and CFP simply is the best clinic. I’m so surprised to read past negative reviews because my experience has been so positive here. I can only believe this was an issue of the past which has certainly been resolved. Everyone has been incredibly helpful here - from the patient/knowledgable/empathetic Dr. Chung, to the personable front desk staff, to the financial advisor who spent 20 minutes on the phone with me walking me through my specific benefits and quotes. Highly recommend.

When choosing among several best fertilities in California, CFP was originally my top choice. I had a very pleasant communication with Erica. However, after being transferred to another person Nancy Zhang who was either a nurse or a receptionist, the situation turned extremely bad. There were difficulties in communication and terribly sick experience. Before choosing CFP, I read through all the comments on Google Reviews, and the negative reviews all revolved around the attitude problems of the nurses and receptionists. When making such a significant decision for women ourselves, if your receptionist or the person who communicates with the client at the first moment is such an unpleasant person, then no one will be willing to continue communicating with the wonderful doctors. So, why hasn't such an excellent institution taken this problem seriously? Ultimately, it's very disappointing that I had to choose to terminate my contact with this institution.

Great experience so far with CFP. The staff have been so helpful, especially our patient navigator, Donna. She has been amazing!! Very responsive, friendly, always willing to help and I love her positive nature. Donna has helped us navigate the process, provided lots of greats and answered our many questions. We look forward to working with the rest of the team for our first cycle over the next month! Thanks x

Dr. Vyas and team are spectacular. I have had 2 retrievals so far and have never felt more cared for. The whole team at CFP truly goes above and beyond to make patients comfortable and ensure they get the best results possible. I can’t say enough good things about the entire practice - the doctors, nurses, lab techs, coordinators, front desk staff - all wonderful. I don’t have adequate words for the gratitude I feel. More than 5 stars.
