To anyone going through infertility/TTC journey, look no further. RGI/Dr. Jain have been nothing but wonderful to us this past year. We ended up doing 2 egg retrievals, the first only resulted in 2 genetically normal embryos, both of which failed during transfer. Dr. Jain begged us to not give up and to try again. We trusted him. He took time out of his Saturday to call my husband and I to discuss our options and to go over what we would do differently this time. After the 2nd egg retrieval, we transferred our 3rd embryo and it worked! We are now 7 weeks pregnant. Dr. Warwar is also a great provider, as well as Allison and Stacia. Donna is a fantastic nurse navigator. Thank you RGI for giving us our dream of starting our family, we are forever indebted to you!

Dr. Jain is the best! Highly recommend. He referred me to the best surgeon for my endo excision, and then did my egg retrieval/transfer and I am now pregnant! Can’t thank or recommend him enough.

Attention anyone using Aetna Health Insurance with the local Health System employer: The PPO plan through Aetna covers ALL diagnostic procedures, even during “treatment”. Do NOT sign the Cash Payment, make them send the claims to the insurance company. Fight them on this, I simply accepted their answer, knowing that I could just submit it myself, but you will not get the plan discount. This isn’t acceptable, that is the entire point of having networks and accepting insurance. I manually submitted all of the “treatment” procedures, from all three attempts, and Aetna covered the ultrasounds at the negotiated rate of an In-Network Tier 1 provider unless the provider was out-of-network. Important to note which PA you are being scheduled with. Request that they are in-network with your insurance at the location you are receiving services at. Allison Headly PA wasn’t in-network at the Westerville location, but was at one of the other locations. Note: Allison was fantastic and had amazing bedside manners. Stacia Cheadle PA wasn’t in-network either. Note: Stacia was also fantastic and very friendly. Akas Jain MD is an in-network provider, Tier 1 network and the entire reason I chose the location. Dr. Jain could do better with his bedside manner, and reviewing charts before going in to see the patient. We attempted 3 IUI treatments with clomid. The IUI treatments (for us) went as follows: Appointment 1 Transvaginal Ultrasound (CPT Code: 76830 or 76857) to check (diagnose) if there are any cysts on my ovaries along with an office visit code (CPT Code: 99212 or 99213). Prescribed clomid to take for X amount of days. (Had them send to the local health system pharmacy, less out of pocket) Prescribed injection mediation, HCG trigger shot (sent through mail order, was 50% covered by insurance). Appointment 2 Transvaginal Ultrasound (CPT Code: 76830 or 76857) to check (diagnosis) if there were viable eggs for the treatment along with an office visit code (CPT Code: 99212 or 99213). Appointment 3 Sperm prep (CPT Code: 89261) There was no cost associated with this on the statement sent to insurance. Artificial l Insemination AKA IUI (CPT Code: 58322) this code was denied for no coverage along with an office visit code (CPT Code: 99212) Additional comments about IUI that I didn’t feel were thoroughly explained where there are instances where all 3 appointments of the IUI might not be able to be completed. If a cyst is found on the ovary. If you ovulate early, make them aware of this. While clomid is supposed to give your body more time to mature the egg, if your ovulation is rather early in the cycle, they need to know this to bring you in earlier. Otherwise, you will ovulate prior to the section appointment and they are unable to do the complete insemination. If you over respond to the clomid and produce a larger amount of mature eggs (3+). They have to assume that all eggs are viable, and could end up fertilized.

After an unexplained infertility diagnosis, and spending 3 years/ and a large sum of money at ORM (TI cycles, multiple IUIs, one egg retrieval and 5 unsuccessful transfers) we saw Dr. Jain for a second opinion. Within 3 months we had an egg retrieval and our first transfer was successful. We have him to thank for our sweet girl. We came back to Dr. Jain for our second child, and the first transfer was also successful. We are currently 8 weeks pregnant. When comparing offices in the area, follow the SART success rates, not the cheaper option, like we did. Had we started with Dr. Jain, we would have saved ourselves so much heartbreak in trying to grow our family. We appreciate everyone at the RGI office, from the front desk, nurse navigators, phlebotomists, embryology lab staff, and the providers. Thank you, Dr. Jain, for helping us to create the family we’ve always dreamed of.

Dr. Jain and his team are caring, kind and pay great attention to every detail regarding your infertility care. I had a wonderfully positive experience throughout two very difficult rounds of IVF for each of my 2 children. I had to complete an entire second round of IVF for my second child and the compassion throughout the process could not have been more appreciated. I owe so much to RGI and their team! My two healthy babies would not exist without them.
