Samuel J. Chantilis, MD, is a double board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist who has practiced in Dallas since 1993. A co-founder of Dallas Fertility Center, he serves as Medical Director and Practice Manager of Dallas-Fort Worth Fertility Associates and previously directed the IVF program at UT Southwestern Medical School.
