It has been an incredibly long 15 year journey to reach out parenthood goal and we could not have done it without the help of Dr Chung and her amazing, professional and caring team. DFW fertility associates has been with me from the time I underwent a groundbreaking uterus transplant to our angel surrogate who will be blessing us with our first child in a few short weeks. We are eternally grateful for their guidance, understanding and compassion along the way.

This was the 3rd IVF clinic that I’ve been to after all of my previous attempts failed at different clinics. Dr. Thomas is the absolute best; she is not only competent and personable, but she also listened to my concerns/needs and tailored my treatment based on the latest research and keeping in mind my past treatments/experiences. I never felt like I was “batch-processed” like many clinics do. Not only that but at our first attempt with Dr. Thomas, we got pregnant AND got 3 other viable embryos on ice! 6 weeks ago, I gave birth to a healthy baby boy and I am already planning ahead to transfer another boy in roughly a year. I am sticking with Dr. Thomas! Highly recommend!

Dr Thomas and her team are excellent! Dr Thomas was super patient with me and her nurse Kendra calls me routinely to check on me and give me clear instructions. Whenever I had concerns or questions, they addressed those immediately. The surgery and whole cycle went well and I could not be more grateful.

We started at this clinic and worked with Dr. Lee and briefly Dr. Chantillis’ nurse. In my opinion, this clinic is a cattle call. We felt that treatment plans were sent out by the nursing team with little to no physician input because when we asked for the rationale behind the physician input we were told the recommendation was the standard. Technicians do ultrasounds and testing where other clinics the physician does it themselves. Dr. Lee was hours late to appointments—I don’t know if this was due to an emergency or not but we were not given information. They lost samples/failed to properly save with little explanation. Then they tried to charge us for the test they did where they lost the same. Nurses were very rude. They took forever to call back and were not compassionate. They had so many people in the office at once we felt we had little privacy. We felt were treated with a one size fits all approach. They did tests that felt like a money grab. This clinic at one point was the trailblazing clinic but it appears they have gotten too big. I cannot tell you how many people I’ve spoken to with a similar story. We switched to Dr. Rebecca Chilvers and had a dramatically different experience—getting pregnant on our very first round of IVF. I am so glad we left this clinic when we did.

This is the third clinic I've been to and the absolute best by far. Every single person I interacted with during my appointments were so kind, helpful, and prompt. I was amazed by their efficiency and professionalism. I really wish I got her name, but the blonde lady sonographer who did my ultrasounds was lovely and the absolute nicest person ever. Dr. Karen Lee was also very kind and she made me feel very comfortable. I am so thankful for my experience here and would recommend this clinic to everyone.
