Rachel Whynott, MD

Rachel Whynott, MD, FACOG, is a double board-certified physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Reproductive Partners Fertility Center in San Diego.

She earned her medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences, completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident, and completed a reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at the University of Iowa.

Dr. Whynott provides fertility preservation, egg freezing, IVF, IUI, tubal ligation reversal, hysteroscopy, laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery. Her clinical interests include endometriosis, fibroids, ovulation disorders, PCOS, Asherman’s syndrome, congenital gynecologic anomalies, and inclusive care for adolescents and LGBTQ+ patients.
