About Dr. Pierre Miron

Dr. Pierre Miron is an internationally recognized specialist in fertility, reproduction, and medically assisted procreation. During his career, he founded three IVF programs in Quebec, developed a prenatal screening program for Down syndrome, and helped establish the Quebec Infertility Association.

He earned his medical degree at Université de Sherbrooke, completed Obstetrics and Gynecology training at Université de Montréal, pursued fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Melbourne and Royal Women’s Hospital, and later completed a PhD. He is a Co-Founder of Fertilys and has contributed to academic, professional, and Royal College committees in reproductive medicine.
