The most human clinic ever… truly, don’t look anywhere else. I was followed by Dr. Buzaglo, and she does this work with her whole heart. She is passionate, deeply empathetic, and incredibly dedicated. From every phone call to every appointment, I felt cared for — not like a number, but like family. What sets this clinic apart is how closely they work as a team. They tailor every protocol to your specific needs and how your body responds to medication. They constantly adjust and optimize to ensure the best possible outcome. You feel that nothing is generic — everything is personalized. My first egg retrieval was at a different clinic, where I unfortunately ended up hospitalized with moderate OHSS. When I came to Fertilys, they took that history very seriously. My retrieval with them went incredibly smoothly and resulted in five healthy embryos. The difference in care, attention, and expertise was undeniable. Her nurse, Daphne, always made it a point to see me whenever she knew I was at the clinic. That level of compassion is rare. You can tell when people genuinely love what they do — and this entire team does. Infertility is the hardest journey we have ever faced. Being supported by such a caring and attentive team made an overwhelming process feel manageable. After our retrieval, we unexpectedly conceived naturally. I remember telling Dr. Buzaglo that as ecstatic as I am about this pregnancy, it feels bittersweet to be “graduating” from the clinic… and that says everything about how special they are. ​I have encountered the worst service in private medicine here. If you are planning IVF at this clinic, be prepared to face your problems entirely alone. ​Specific issues: ​Total lack of communication: It is impossible to reach the clinic by phone. Instead of a live operator, calls are diverted to an answering machine requiring voice messages. In an IVF protocol, where every hour counts, this lack of accessibility is unacceptable. ​The "Invisible Doctor": Over two full cycles, I saw my fertility specialist in person only once during an ultrasound. Everything else was handled via online consultations. It feels like a soulless conveyor belt rather than personalized medical care. ​Bureaucracy and delays: It takes a full month for them to prepare and send documents. Refunds take up to 4 weeks, even though they require 100% upfront payment before any action is taken. Tasks that take 5 minutes in professional clinics turn into an endless wait here. ​Technical failure: The patient portal is glitchy, making it impossible to access medical information promptly. ​Summary: The clinic charges exorbitant fees, but customer orientation is non-existent. I do not recommend trusting this organization with your health or your time.

I have had the best experience with this clinic. The doctors, nurses and rest of the staff are a group of angels. They make a very stressful and emotional journey much easier to deal with. The follow-ups are always done in a timely manner (we all know how stressful waiting for results can be). Every process is made easy and simple with them. I highly suggest this clinic for any fertility needs you may have.
