About Dr. Karen Splinter

Dr. Karen Splinter is an obstetrician-gynecologist and fertility physician with NEO Fertility Services and Health Sciences North in Sudbury. Her practice includes fertility services, general obstetrics and gynecology, high-risk obstetrics, twin pregnancy and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Dr. Splinter earned her medical degree at the University of Ottawa and completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a master’s degree in Clinical Epidemiology at Memorial University. She is an Associate Professor at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, with research interests including fibroids, endometriosis, Mullerian anomalies and iron deficiency anemia.
