It's impossible to get in touch! I had a good experience during the first consultation when they contacted me, but as a patient it's impossible to speak with them; they don't answer, they didn't leave an email address for contact, and the platform only allows contact when they unlock the chat.

Very bad experience they don't care about your money and time. always give appointment and cancel afterward never try to know the patient still interested to get treatment or not. worst behavior of staff as well as doctors.

Very bad experience. The staff behavior is extremely unprofessional. I do not understand how appointments are booked and then repeatedly rescheduled without any prior information. They only call on the day of the appointment, which is unacceptable. When asked for the reason, the staff does not justify the rescheduling and instead transfers the call to someone who is not available. We have been waiting for over 4 months, and every time the appointment is simply rescheduled again. This is a complete waste of the patient’s time and shows a lack of respect and accountability. I am giving 1 star only because this level of service is not acceptable. I don't know why they always gave an appointment if they canceled it without any reason. Why accept the patient if they cannot continue the treatment? Since we started, they have always shown their worst professionalism.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they NEVER pick up the phone, they do not return messages there is no option to even hold or leave messages, they have given me hormone medication and told me to take it at the wrong time of the month which caused months of horrible side effects, they say they email you things just for you to see your email is empty, and, they just expect that u don't work and can just take off from your job or call in to make an appointment because it's never what works for your schedule. Also, half the time they do not schedule appointments for after noon on weekdays days, it's very sad to see because so many people who are trying to have children depend on these people and the gross incompetence of the reception and who ever else is in charge of communication to patients is horrendous. God forbid you are pregnant and need questions answered in a timely manner.

Dr Jocko and Dr Splinter are wonderful ladies, and my fiancé and I couldn’t be more grateful to them for the treatment and care we received while pregnant with our first. Dr Splinter delivered him and it was such a great experience, kudos to them and their team! ❤️🙌
