About Cassandra Roeca, M.D.

Dr. Cassandra Roeca is a double board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist at Shady Grove Fertility’s Denver location. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Associate Program Director of the reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Her work emphasizes fertility preservation for patients with cancer or other medical conditions, improved access to fertility services and evidence-based infertility treatment. Her research includes preimplantation genetic testing, fertility preservation, menopause, IVF, placental function and birth outcomes.
