About Dr. Anet Maksymowicz

Anet Maksymowicz, BSc, MD, FRCSC, is a gynecologist and member of the surgical team at Heartland Fertility. She began her own gynecology and obstetrics practice in Winnipeg in 2015 and has worked at Manitoba Clinic and McPhillips Medical Clinic. Since 2021, she has served as Director of Procedure Rooms in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences. Her practice focuses on minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including care for fibroids, endometriosis, infertility, gender dysphoria, and tubal ligation reversal.

She completed medical school and obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Manitoba and a minimally invasive surgery fellowship at the University of Saskatchewan.
