Never go here. From my doctor sent them a referral they keep booking me but once the day comes they cancel it. Every time the doctor claim its a family emergency. How much emergency can you have. Am a medical professional myself and know its not true. Take your business to pollin fertility downtown Toronto. They see you in person and no bs. This place is horrible. No customer service and if you cant be honest to patients. That answer your questions. My 3rd time they want to reschedule. Not my fault. I waited 30 min online after they forgot to send the virtual link. I join immediately then 2hrs after they call me asking to reschedule again. Dont go there.

i do not normally leave long reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I am not pregnant yet, but you listened when other providers didn’t. You found a problem that had been missed for years. My quality of life is already improving. After years of struggling with irregular and frequent menstrual cycles, I was referred to this clinic for fertility support. The care I have received has already had a significant impact on my health and quality of life. Before coming to the clinic, I was experiencing periods every two weeks, prolonged bleeding, heavy clotting, and significant pain with my family doctor not having a good course of treatment. Since starting treatment here, I have seen improvements that I had not experienced in years. My cycles have become longer and more regular, my periods have become shorter, and for the first time in a very long time I was able to identify signs of ovulation. What stands out most is that the team looked beyond the symptoms and focused on finding the underlying cause. I felt listened to, taken seriously, and supported throughout the process. Fertility treatment is often measured by pregnancy outcomes, but I wanted to acknowledge that improving someone's health, restoring hope, and helping them feel like their body is working with them instead of against them is also incredibly meaningful. Thank you to the team for your knowledge, compassion, and care. I am forever grateful for the progress I have already made.

I've been working with ONE for a few months now and I am beyond grateful for all of the staff from nurses to admin to doctors, lab techs, etc. Everyone was been so kind, accommodating and thorough. Nurses and doctors have called back when needed, been extremely helpful and quick and the on-call team was wonderful when I had to go in on a Saturday. My wait times have been great, surprisingly considering how many individuals they serve and how large the clinic is. Hoping we don't have much more time with ONE but luckily have had such an amazing experience given the circumstances.

Staff here are absolutely lovely! Every time I had an ultrasound, it felt like I was chatting with a friend. They all make you feel very comfortable and welcome. Would recommend to anyone trying to get pregnant in the area ! 10/10!

From the reception staff to the nurses, Dr. Kteily, and the ultrasound technicians, we were always treated with kindness and understanding. At each appointment, we were seen promptly and felt truly listened to, with our concerns heard and respected. Results were communicated quickly, and treatment plans were adjusted thoughtfully to ensure we received the very best care. We are now holding our beautiful 1-month-old son, and we are beyond grateful to One Fertility for helping make this dream a reality.
