With multiple offices and convenient scheduling options, it's clear that patient comfort and accessibility are top priorities. The phlebotomy staff at NYU Fertility Clinic are truly wonderful – their kindness and expertise made the process as comfortable as possible. I was especially impressed by the compassionate and highly skilled OR nurses, anesthesiologists, and doctors, who consistently provided top-notch care with a personal touch. Some of the standout features of this clinic include: * Year-round availability, including weekends, allowing for tailored treatment based on individual responses * Attentive and caring nurses * Highly professional and knowledgeable doctors * Same-day follow-up calls, ensuring a prompt and seamless experience While my overall experience at NYU Fertility Clinic was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of areas where I feel improvements could be made: * Phlebotomy appointment scheduling can be frustrating, as wait times often exceed one hour. Despite advocating for myself and expressing my concerns, this issue persisted not only for me but for other patients as well. While I don't expect appointments to run like clockwork, such extensive delays can be stressful. * While most ultrasound readings were performed accurately, I found some inconsistency in the readings performed by nurses, which can be concerning for patients seeking reliable results. One piece of advice: be your own advocate and ask to talk to our doctor every time you need to. In conclusion, NYU Fertility Clinic provides an outstanding level of care and professionalism, and I am grateful for the dedicated team that has supported me on my fertility journey. With a few adjustments to address appointment wait times and consistency in ultrasound readings, this clinic could truly be the gold standard in reproductive healthcare.
