I highly recommend Dr McNaught. I switched to him from omega and it was the best decision. He was determined to find a diagnosis before wasting our time and money. He promised me, in Feb 2025, that I would have a baby that year. We welcomed our daughter on Dec 29th 2025. All the staff was kind and well educated, able to help with all our questions and concerns. Thank you everyone!

They must have got a new receptionist because there was a note that said she is training. So I never met the rude one everyone else is mentioning. Didn't have to wait too long. I did feel rushed though. Dr. McNaught did an ultrasound which is fine but after it was done, the appointment continued with me still on the table so I wish I could have got dressed and not been talked down at the entire time. I also felt like I didn't get to explain myself fully. Whole thing was 10 mins and I drive an hour to get there but I guess I get it, lots of patients to see. He does bring a nurse in with him probably to make women feel more comfortable about seeing a male gyno and I did find my answers so those were positives. Currently waiting to see if the prescription gets sent over. It wasn't ready at the desk. He should have a computer in each room or something. My family physician prints my scripts as we are talking so she doesn't forget. Maybe get a 2nd gynecologist to handle the women's health side of things so he can focus on his fertility clients. Overall it was okay, maybe just an off first impression. Maybe next time will be better.

Clinic is poorly run. They make patients wait over an hour for appointments and think that is an acceptable way to do things. I will definitely be finding another option for my care. They even have signs about how they frequently run behind. Here’s a thought if you frequently have issues maybe you should change the way things are run. Attached is a picture of garbage because that’s what this clinic is.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this clinic. The receptionist, whose name is Salva, is truly wonderful—so kind and helpful. The doctor was also very good. The whole clinic is extremely friendly, with a homely atmosphere. Everyone listens carefully and provides great solutions. I honestly don’t understand why there are any bad reviews. I would highly recommend this clinic. I didn’t even feel like leaving when it was time to go

I am contacting your office for the third time regarding your failure to document critical medical information. I missed Dr. Black’s appointments in December and January because I had a miscarriage on October 4. This has already been communicated, yet your office continues to show a complete lack of organization and follow-through. I find it crazy that other doctor office’s have to apologize on ur behalf. Your office does not accept voicemails and does not return phone calls, emails or texts leaving patients with no effective way to correct your errors. This is unacceptable, especially given the nature of the situation. Maybe this will get ur attention! When I was pregnant I called the office everyday for 4 weeks and nobody could return my phone calls it’s extremely frustrating. Update my medical record immediately and confirm in writing that this has been corrected.
