I've received WONDERFUL, SUCCESSFUL results from both Dr Librach and Dr Sharma for both of my surrogacy journeys. They know their stuff, both transfers worked the 1st attempt. For medical clearance day I waited around 4 hours, who cares, it's a part of the process and you can't possibly expect them to remember everyone's names, they are busy. They are busy for a reason, THEY GET POSITIVE RESULTS!!! SHOUT-OUT to all of the nurses running around, answering emails, all of my emails were answered very promptly. And a special shout out to Maria, I don't know your last name but we had a conversation about you not having a middle name because that's not common from where you are from. You are amazing ❤️ 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Tried three IVF clinics before having a successful pregnancy with Dr. Librach. Dr. Librach is professional, knowledgeable, and supportive, and his admin, Elena, is the best I’ve ever dealt with. I had heard about the long wait times before choosing Dr. Librach, because he got too many patients. But it wasn’t a big issue for me as long as everything else worked out well. I would recommend trying to avoid Mondays and Saturdays, as those tend to be the busiest times. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the outcome.

This clinic is terrible. They make excuses for themselves. Just because they’re a large clinic, doesn’t mean they can the organized. They are so disorganized. They use paper files in 2026. They expect you to take time off work and wait in the clinic for 4 hours. Other clinic are more efficient have schedule virtual calls either doctors and nurses. Staff are rude to you when you bring up concerns. The clinic manager’s voicemail box is always full and doesn’t respond to emails. The finance team doesn’t respond to emails. They’ve given me wrong medication dosage information. They’ve overcharged me and I’m still waiting for a refund. They gave me the wrong information about my funded cycle. Save yourself a lot of stress and go somewhere else. A lot of other clinic recently got funding for more funded cycles so go elsewhere.

Our experience with Dr. Sharma and her team was truly amazing. She is a kind, compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to make you feel heard, supported, and confident in your care. From the very first visit, it was clear that helping her patients is not just her job, but her passion. The entire team at Create was equally wonderful from the welcoming receptionist to the attentive radiologist. Everyone was professional, patient, and incredibly supportive, creating an environment that felt warm and reassuring. We are so grateful for the care, kindness, and dedication shown by every member of the team, and we could not recommend them more highly.

I have been a patient at create since 2021. I now have an incredible 8 month old because of the superior care this clinic provides. I began as a young patient who was exploring options to parenthood with my now husband due to my chronic health conditions that greatly impact fertility. Dr. Librach, graciously took on my case and changed my life beyond motherhood. He was able to get me care and diagnoses that changed the course of my life (for the better) due to his thorough approach to fertility. We had to wait to begin IVF until genetics and diagnoses were confirmed, established and researched - but he waited and was extremely supportive every step of the way. Through every up and down that comes with infertility, the clinic and Dr. L's team handled every moment with the utmost grace, empathy and care. Forever grateful to this team and clinic. I would also like to add that Natalie (the front desk manager) has been an immense help, before, during and post treatment with her attention to detail, exceptional problem solving skills, empathy and overall comforting personality (especially in a job. that deals with such intimate and stressful points of people's lives). Natalie consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patients get the care they need and deserve every step of the way. She is a superstar!! We would not be where we are today in our family unit if it wasn't for her! Thank you doesn't even begin to describe how lucky we are to have been patients of create and Dr. Librach!
