Wish I knew how bad the experience would be before I invested myself into this clinic. I’m sure there are far better clinics who actually prioritize starting families instead of sex changes and stressing patients out.

Just the most absolute incompetent staff. I knew more about reconstituting HCG with bacteriostatic water than the nurse did. She had to use a computer and I did it in my head. To top it, not a single time my doctor has told the staff what needs to be done, has it actually been done how the doctor says. Every prescription and refill has been an issue. Sending wrong prescriptions to wrong pharmacies, wrong refill quantities, and sometimes just flat out not sending them… which leads to a whole new stress of trying to get a hold of them… You go to the clinic reception and they’re just sitting in a chair twiddling thumbs and for some reason you can never get through on a call. You leave messages, no one responds. Extremely unprofessional work. A place like this needs to show more compassion and empathy. They have a severe lack of integrity here. And a serious issue with accountability. THIS PLACE IS TO HELP START FAMILIES….. which is stressful enough on its own when you need to seek interventions. Then you get treated like your life is so unimportant. DO BETTER.

This clinic is very clean and modern but my experience was not good. Firstly, when I went for my initial blood work the nurse doing the blood work failed to review all of the requisitions and missed the pcos blood work. I was already fasting for the blood work and she had to take my blood two times as she forgot initially and in both cases was not able to properly locate a vein making me faint. Really unprofessional considering the nurse does this day in and day out. Their prices for testing is also much higher than other clinics. Other clinics charge only $100 for amh but theirs is so much more. I would recommend you do your amh and vitamin D testing outside of this clinic because they’re definetly charging you more. Furthermore for the sonohystogram they make you sign a waiver as you go into the procedure but every other form of communication is done prior. It’s very uncomfortable giving just before you go into the procedure even though you have the instructions for the procedure ahead of time. Dr. Dixon is very pleasant however this is a fertility clinic and they are businesses. She recommended donor eggs and when I asked about other options the nurse said I don’t have any even though I’m currently going through treatment in the US who reviewed my blood work and we’re willing to work with me. Really sad experience. The only good thing about this clinic was the snacks. Would not recommend!

I don’t wish this fertility clinic on my worse enemy. Never in my life have I been delt in such manner. Horrible staff horrible reply as time, very unorganized, bad results. I wish I did my research. Waste of money and time. Please be careful with this clinic and do your research.

I had an appointment scheduled 3 months in advanced through a referral from my doctor. I signed the intake form as they said at least 48 hours prior to my appointment. On the DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT they CANCELLED IT 40 minutes before I had to see the doctor. Whoever called me left me a voicemail but there are so many people talking in the background I don’t understand what she’s saying at all. I waited months for this appointment and now I’m super upset that I don’t understand why this happened. I’ve tried calling at least 5 times and it keeps sending me to voicemail. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any clinic and I don’t even know where to go anymore. The moment patients feel at a loss is when you know the system has failed them. Thanks for nothing.
