I don’t even want to think about what would’ve happened to me if I hadn’t found Dr. Fox and the team at JCRM. If you are like me and struggled for decades trying to find a doctor who would listen, please see Dr. Fox, I cannot recommend him enough. I am almost 5 months post-laparoscopy and have noticed a drastic difference in my quality of life. I feel like I have my life back. Endometriosis is scary and it may feel like life as you know it is over but the specialists and their staff here will be there to help you along the way, judgement free. You can tell that they love helping their patients and genuinely care. They will help you advocate for yourself even when you find it hard to. I am so thankful to have found this wonderful team when I did, you all are doing amazing work and changing lives for the better. Thank you for all that you do.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Fox and his team. I had seen a different doctor who did my hysterectomy. Once that happened she found endometriosis in my body cavity and said she removed it all. She did not. I had severe pain a few months after and was referred to Dr. Fox. He got me ready for surgery and also found that I had a pelvic floor hernia. I got to meet with another doctor that works with Dr. Fox, Dr. Atkinson. I had surgery and he found three hernias during surgery and repaired them. Doctor Fox removed all of the endometriosis and both of these changed my life. I'm no longer living in constant pain, and i feel better than I've felt in years. Thank you Dr. Fox and Dr. Atkinson for all of your help and amazing work you have done for me!

Look for another clinic. You deserve better than JCRM in this important life event. This practice is, at best, unorganized and uncommunicative. They use paper records - members of the care team will not remember / not be aware of / or confuse your details at every visit. The care team will tell you through out the entire process to “call them” but consistently calls go unanswered and unreturned. My medication instructions had typos in the dosage causing big confusion with a potential to be dangerous. For multiple early morning appointments, when I arrived (on time) I was there before staff and the doors to the building didn’t open and they (again) did not answer the phones. I had to self-advocate and coordinate my care throughout the entire process myself. It’s of course possible that they are just drastically understaffed - but that understaffing caused mistakes and stress during an already confusing and stressful period. You deserve better than JCRM in this important life event. There are better clinics with more staff, more transparency, and care coordinators. I completely forgot to mention that the clinical staff made inappropriate jokes about giving parents the wrong eggs and sperm in the operating room while I was waiting nude on the operating table for my retrieval to begin.

I’m happy to share that our journey was a success on the first try. Now that he is here, I can share my experience with whoever is going through this journey. I couldn’t have had a better experience with JCRM. I was nervous at first with the whole process because I didn’t have to do IVF previously. The whole staff from start to finish were nothing but wonderful to me and I didn’t feel judged (I am older). Anything I had to do on my part, I just did as they recommended. I was dedicated to the calendar with the medications you take and what time you take them. The process of getting the mail ordered medications was a smooth transaction. I never ran out or had any trouble like that, just stayed on top of it. I understand every person might not have the same journey, experience, or outcome that we were blessed with but if you are searching for a clinic, I would highly recommend JCRM. Go in with an open mind, go in with the fact they will set you up for the best chance possible for a successful outcome, meaning various lab work, starting medications you wouldn’t normally take, having procedures done to correct any issues you may not have known you have/had, etc. Patience is key! Thank you JCRM, I truly believe he would not be here if it weren’t for you to give us a chance to try. Forever grateful to the entire staff. Lil Mateo is absolutely perfect in every way!

Everyone at the PC clinic is AMAZING. It’s definitely a family environment and they all really care about helping you grow your family. We just graduated (sadly) but we have been so blessed to have them help us through our journey. I honestly don’t believe we could’ve gotten pregnant without them. They really figure out what might be causing your infertility. Even when we had to go to Jacksonville for surgery’s everyone there was so nice and helpful. I 100% recommend anyone who is having fertility issues to come here, you won’t regret your decision!!
