CHARM Fertility (Brampton)

The reception is worse. They never pick calls and don’t know how to send emails either. Every times nurse write a requisition they never give a copy to patient; unable to understand why? Even a walk in clinic does so. Very unprofessional

I delivered my baby girl few days back.I had wonderful experience with charm fertility. They helped me alot in conceiving and then guiding me throughout my first trimester. They provided incredible support and care. Highly recommended and respect for the staff.

I have a wonderful experience with Charm Fertility. They just discharged me yesterday and I can’t stop me to give review about them. Nurse Monica is very kind and have patience. She cleared all doubts and answered all my questions in every visit. She provided me usable information and explained every step nicely and in easy way, so that I could understand everything. She is really very cooperative and dedicated to her job. The technicians and other staff who is taking blood for the test are very cooperative. On the reception,Anne and Inpreet are doing a wonderful job. They welcome every person with a smile on face and manage all appointments actively. They make sure that nobody has to wait for a long time there. Also, They give reminders to the clients through emails and calls with responsibility. So, all the staff is responsible and taking care of client’s comforts and give them extra care. Last but not the least, all the staff is dedicated to their job. I would say ,”You guys are awesome and doing great work. You made my journey smooth and comfortable. Hun Thanks for everything.”

Since the process is very time-sensitive, they were extremely efficient in managing dates and ensured I never missed an appointment by sending timely reminders through calls and emails. The technicians, nurses, and reception team worked seamlessly together, always staying well-coordinated about patient care. Overall, I had an excellent experience and felt very well supported throughout.
