Liz is the best! Everyone at the clinic has been great and incredibly responsive, and supportive any time I call or come to the clinic (which honestly is a lot, iykyk). But Liz has gone above and beyond answering my emails after hours and on weekends to give me peace of mind. So thankful to have a clinic that is responsive and also have such a great lab and track record!

My husband and I are very grateful for Dr Y and the staff at his Winston Salem office. They have helped us navigate through a very challenging and difficult journey. One staff member in particular has exceeded the meaning of friendly and professional; Liz the IVF coordinator. She has been nothing short of wonderful in her messages, phone calls, teaching, guidance and operating room prep/post op duties. She has made us feel more than just patients, and we can truly sense how much she cares for this population of patients navigating through infertility. All of the clinic staff are highly knowledgeable and talented in their skills and are able to bring some peace of mind when we are in clinic. The financial team has been wonderful in answering questions and lending a hand when finances become stressful in the planning process. We are happy to be a success story for this clinic! This is my dream clinic! All of the staffs have been amazing most specially Nurse Liz Pullen (she deserves a Daisy award). We live out of state and everything has been a struggle for us driving back and forth. But Liz made it super easy! She is very compassionate with her job, attentive and professional. Communicating my concerns with her is a breeze. I can feel the concern and love! She’s the main reason why Im very much happy with all of our visits. Dr. Y is very professional. I feel very safe under his care. NP Kess is also amazing, very thorough with her explanations of my test results. Hope to see our baby soon! I highly recommend CFI Winston Salem. Thank you for everything that you do! Keep it up!

Your story may be like mines. After my obgyn offered 1 option--the traditional, c-section style myomectomy--to rid my body of tumors, I began searching. I learned about the robotic myomectomy done here, and transferred my referral; didn't think of any hindrances. I received a quick response, asked if I wanted to address any fertility issues. I was confused. The surgery is to help me for future pregnancies. But clearly, they were addressing something else, and with each email...its hinted at. I realized that the robotic myomectomy would not be done unless I was also was also addressing fertility issues. I was later referred to a facility over 2hrs away. Smh. The website should say: No other services will be performed from our staff, unless connected to fertility issues; as is defined by us. Keep in mind, I was informed that there is a 6-8 month backlog. Bur I was never asked if I wanted to be on that waiting list.
