I was waiting for my daughter. The time frame was considerably longer than first I understood. It was well over the lunch hour. Claudia C., the receptionist is a lovely person . She sensed that I might appreciate some hot tea and gave me a tea bag and cup to use with the hot water dispenser in the waiting area. Further along she got me one of the small bags of pretzels available for patients when first coming out of surgery. Claudia has an engaging, friendly and kind personality and heart. She went well beyond any reasonable expectation to make this father feel relaxed in what an otherwise could be a stress engendered time.

I can’t recommend Dr. Sasson enough. I am currently 21 weeks along with our first child, thanks to him and his team at Shady Grove, Chesterbrook. In addition to Dr. Sasson’s excellent credentials and just being really good at what he does, he has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve met. My case wasn’t simple, but he never gave up on us. And, I feel like he was always honest and straight-forward in his recommendations. I always got the impression that the nurses and staff highly respected him, as well, which says a lot. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I’ll continue to recommend him to others! My nurse, Nikki Yeager, was also amazing, always responding to any messages within the same day. She deserves a lot of credit, as well, for the positive experience I had at Shady Grove. Even the front desk staff was great, especially Courtney, who was always so helpful!

We could not begin to describe the wonderful treatment we received at shady grove. Dr. Sasson is the most amazing doctor you could ever ask for. After six years of trying on our own and at another fertility clinic we had no luck, however 1 year almost to the day of our consultation at shady grove I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby. It is completely worth it. Their care and kindness are a step above the rest. At our previous clinic we felt that they were prolonging our journey to milk our insurance. Shady Grove works with what you want for your journey that will lead you to success. The facility is incredibly clean and beautiful and every employee we interacted with was lovely. We look forward to working with them again for baby no. 2! My only regret is not starting this process sooner! If you have been trying and haven’t been successful just book the consultation they will always be honest and lead you in the best direction for your situation. If you are worried about paying for it there are lots of local jobs that have fertility insurance that pay for most, if not the entire process! There is no reason not to go for it!

We have been patients at shady grove since 2017 but this is a success story many times over! We have worked with Dr. Kallen to have 3 healthy beautiful babies in 2018, 2020, and 2023 through IUI cycles at shady grove fertility, Chesterbrook. The staff is so kind, loving and personal. A nurse is always available to answer a phone call, they seem to always find a way to schedule you an appointment when you need one and they are supportive through the difficult times and celebrate you during positive appointments. I highly recommend Shady Grove Fertility for anyone trying to get pregnant.

Shady Grove Fertility in Chesterbrook is the best! Specific shout out to Michelle... every time I have an ultrasound appointment, I hope she's the one doing it! She's so friendly, professional, and quite excellent at her job. This kind of interaction really enhances the whole experience for the better. Michelle truly cares about their clients and wants to be as helpful as possible. I hope she knows how much I appreciate her, and how much of a difference her kindness makes. Dr. Sasson is my doctor, and there is none better. He is clear, thoughtful, and dedicated to helping, and walks with you through your journey. He is one of the nicest, most brilliant people I've ever met. I'm grateful for his expertise and action plans. The whole team there is top notch. SGF Chesterbrook is the best!
