This was the worst experience of my life. We in 1998 were told that it was crucial to order donor sperms to meet an ability for 8 eggs from drugs and then we're told 2 days later that my husband and I were overfertile. It was rushed with poor communication from the center and now 22 years later still being billed for sperms storage which we told the clinic in 1998 to destroy the sample and it was not done. We are angry and do not plan to get threatened with fees which we sent notorized info about this incident in 1998 to now 2025.

I had my Surrogacy Medical clearance appointment with them today. As an experienced Surrogate and 4 time pregnant woman, I have never had a better experience. From front desk to medical staff. All 10/10 on promptness, professionalism, organization and genuine kindness. Can’t say enough good. Don’t hesitate on them if you’re needing a clinic! So impressed.

Ms. Patrice was my guiding light throughout, offering steadfast support and guidance that made the entire process a breeze. The procedure itself was surprisingly painless, a testament to the expertise of the medical team. I am so grateful to have had this incredible experience! I was treated with utmost care and respect, thanks to the dedicated staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. I would love to do it again if given another opportunity. 💖

I had an amazing experience here as an egg donor. All of the staff was very kind to me. Specially noting Lana the recovery nurse for being so informative and comfortable, she was very smart and also pretty funny which made me feeel more relaxed. She took great care of me (As well as the new nurse training with her, she had amazing energy and seemed like she will be a great addition), Dr. Lavy for always prioritizing what’s best for me, he made me feel very safe, the amazing medical assistant (who’s name I forgot) but she was also very friendly, compassionate, and very helpful, and Shaintai the program coordinator, I’ve been in contact with Shantai for over a year, regarding my egg retrieval and she has been so personable, understanding, patient and kind the whole process. If I needed her or Dr. Lavy I knew I could always reach them. All of the staff including the front desk, were very friendly and made me feel at home, while going through a very new process that could be intimidating. They were also very patient with me and really worked with me with all of the scheduling stuff, as I’m currently in an accelerated nursing program with little time available to take off. Moral of the story.. I would 100% work with them again!

Dr Lavy is very sweet and personable. He makes me feel safe, understood and cared for. All of the nurses they hire are very informative, sweet and have great customer service skills. All of my appointments are taken care of with ease with no wait times. I adore Lana the recovery nurse and Margo. This is a great office. Even the front desk is very friendly and kind.
