Michael M. Guarnaccia, MD, MPH

Michael M. Guarnaccia, MD, MPH, is Medical Director of New England Fertility Institute and a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist with more than 30 years of experience. His clinical work includes fertility evaluation, complex infertility, assisted reproductive technologies, IVF, fertility preservation, egg donation, gestational surrogacy, LGBTQ+ family building, and genetic testing.

Dr. Guarnaccia earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University, completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York Hospital–Cornell, and completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Yale University School of Medicine. He also holds an MPH in Health Policy and Management and a certificate in Healthcare Information Technology from Columbia University. Before joining NEFI, he spent 13 years directing Columbia University’s Center for Women’s Reproductive Care and IVF Clinic.
